the gen chrono dial is a shade darker beige than the dw, i have confirmed this at the AD. They are not exact the same colour.
can anyone confirm a second generation rep of the santos 7753 chrono, with better dial clour?
also is the crown good? is the case 1:1?
the gen is huge!!!! even when compared to 47mm pannies!
i would have to say that the dealers here sure must have some patience...
i have sold a bunch from my collection over the last few weeks (accepted pp and newbie transactions) and boy are some of the members here dumb A** s!!! after i get a pp $$ i get all kinds of PM and email..
"did you get my $$?"
"do you have the tracking #?!!"
"did you ship the item like you said?" !!!!!
so just a heads up here in the VIP room... school the newbie before you take their $$$.. For goodness sake i would hate to have a pp problem from a DA newbie!!!!
and like i said the dealers here really do have patience IMHO. and they probally make good $$ on a transaction to put up with all the newbs as well :-)
calling all dealers....
if at all possible maybe the factories could produce House of 8 products... even in limited quantities.
cheers!

i have this one as well.. just so everyone knows... It wears much BIGGER than the 187.. the dial/rehault is really deep so it just looks way thicker and bigger..
@FLIP how is your bezel alignment? mine seems to be a 1/2 -1/3 click off.. its slight but with a big bezel I notice it. also i have limited 46 helmet.. it great and i get compliments on it way more than the bike.
i can't seem to find the rwx website address... ?
i have done a seach and a que AND a google seach... now after reading for about 1.5 hrs about things i had no intention of reading i still don't have the address....
help please.
its a buy... but the sunken date prevents me personally from taking the leap.. although the 7753 version has hit the streets and this one without hesitation is a buy simply because of the gen movement.. i would pop for a non chrono version if we could source correct dials too :-)
no problems for me. i feel perfectly safe. in the usa cc is as safe as any other means of payment. why worry? all they will have access to is a cc # and shipping address.. do you have a high limit? then use another card with a low limit. or use a blocking service.. my c/c will put a block on any online transactions unless i give them a code or verification to the cc underwriter (not the business). identy theft can occur anywhere not just from an encrypted online transaction. beside jos/trusty have to be responsible all around or the bank/clearing house will drop them in a second if a liability is created.
funny thing is b4 i saw this thread i was googling and came up with everest watches.(yesterday).. ...and also one other place too for saphhire crystal AR coat..
one other place offers a mail in service for ar @ $85. on the east coast.
it seems to be not soo underground as it once was.... and that was part of the excitement...
rep game is more difficult nowadays esp. for dealers who are not china based. just look at the membership tallies from 2yrs ago to 1 yr ago to Today on the boards! lots of newbies polluting the transactions and boards with little or no collectiong experience and no business savy.. why do i say this..
well this hobby started out with Experienced Players in the field.. jewelers, watchsmiths, and true hobbiests.. so we knew what we were dealing with and could fix minor problems ourselves or source a fix or source a part or source a part and mod a fix.. with all the new ones with no exp in the field just looking for a "GOOD FAK*" to fool their buddies it has muddied many of the transactions and the small dealers cannot and should not deal with that.. and these fakers should go back to the scammer sites. just my .02$
