hi lello! i noticed this too BUT the crown looks good but sits too close to the case... :-( depending on the model genuine pam some are more acurate than others.. gen pam crown do vary greatly.. as to thickness and beveling.. does anyone remember the pam036 from late 2005?? that one had a perfect crown 1:1 it was limited.. and it even had a flush center pin/cannon, and AR.. man i wich i could find one of those.. :-(

no vintage rollies please. yes to a modern 1:1 rollie. anyone. sub gmt sd ... use the 2892 movement that is thinner so that rehault and all else IS 1:1 and all gen parts interchange. ORIS any ORIS NO IWC. we have them all and they all looks similar enough. more PAMS any FERxxx PAM 1:1 would do. 1:1 monaco would do with or without chronos 1:1 graham :-) i like the GP but the bezel looks like a yachty.. yuk, but i would buy it. :-) or how about 1:1 7753 movment replicated!!!!!! PLEASE not the hacked 7750 version!!!! if we are gonna make a request... lets request the 7753 movement properly repped!!! if they can rep 7750 they can rep 7753 and if they rep 7753 all makers would buy this and install it in all watches with 3,6,9 and so many collector would be soo HAPPY don't youwant a proper date on your 7753 powered reps?? like the 187 you have and the navi you have and the daylights???

that experience sucks.. sorry to hear of your misfortune.. i will think twice about accepting cash for big items in my business again.. its not uncommon for auto and motorcycle dealers to make cash transactions.. i have on many occasions carried a breifcase of cash.. either to other dealers private owners or auction houses... :-)

sorry to hear of the trouble this transacions has caused... best of luck with all the members here! seems to me that you have gone above and beyond expectations so far.. as we are dealing with reps and transactions that are cross continent. :-) cheers

hey i like all the avatars and sig. pics in question... and i surf the net at work(i do work on net related projects)... however the sig. pics and some of the avatars are not work appropriate and i am glad they are able to be blocked... surfing the neet at work may be ok or may not be ok... depends on your possition within the company as well as your job responsibilities.. like if you are in management or the owner(hee) or maybe a sectratary that answers the phone all day and directs calls, surfing would probally be ok. however in any circumstance the questionable avatars and sig. pics are NOT work friendly.

:-( nothing good can come of this for any of the parties involved... and looking to the FTC and AD for pull to but pressure on the seller compounds matters esp. if you ARE KNOWN to purchase OTHER rep items.. i don't get it... some rep items are ok for you and if you don't like others you claim scam? please stay away from our trusted dealers... or explain.

i see the short selling of eta movements as a non issue at least for the forseeable future... remember when they announced for example the stopping of freon for automobile air conditioning service? suppliers mass produced large quantities and a very good alternative also came up, so no one has a broken air conditioner that cannot be serviced today even though many had envisioned catastophy at he time. eta will produce many 2824, 28,36, 2892, 2893 and 7750 movements over the next few years and a steady supply should last for a while before they ALL dry up... the 7753 is another story as it seems they limit sales of this movement already.

with all these big watches i might just custom make a big watch to blast all you guys with your 44, 47, 48, and 49 pannies and breitlings out of the water... maybe i should just get a tuna can... finish it with BLACK PVD of course... put in on a big thick and wide leather belt that i cut to size to fit my wrist... get a custom buckle or ideally pickup WM limited OP buckle (you all know the one) and drop in a wind up night stand clock.... like a angelus (have a spare) and add a custom crown like maybe a Ferrari tire valve cap... HEE!!!!! pics to follow....

@davedander... with six(6) posts you may not get the speedist reply... to get a GEN AR coating just unscrew the case back.. remove the movement, pop the crystal and bring to your favorite optician... they generally do AR coatings on site to beat! j

GET her the Hermes H-our from Trusty with diamonds.. either the smallsize or the larger mid.. trust me the women love this watch and its inexpensive and accurate and is swiss quartz just like gen. i have given this one to my girl and she is in love and shows it to all her friends and they all know who Hermes is and they all love the watch and they all want one too... strap is acceptable on the small size but i would try to replace the strap on the larger size.. j

he was the owner or the owners spoiled son. :-)
