  1. nice rolexes you got their! one color for each day of the week.
  2. nice shots with the cannon!
  3. this is tempting me to look into getting an RS2....think think think...
  4. awesome collection. question on the HBB SS? Did you swap out the datewheel? doesn't look as recessed as mine, though the thin font might be a sign that its still a standard cartel. love the pams as well.
  5. liking the bentley motor speed. nice and sporty yet elegant as what breitling is known for.
  6. perhaps the brand recall of the base luminors, which is what started the craze, is actually far better than advertising the complicated pams such as the chronos. Other brands focus on the complicated movements in their ads but maybe the panerai marketing guys think that the simplest approach to attracting their customer base is the most effective. Then everything else will follow such as the introduction of the new pams in ADs.
  7. beautiful fiddy! great choice on the strap!
  8. thing of beauty...a lot of time, patience...and don't forget moolah went into this build. great looking tuxedo pam!
  9. here comes another excellent super rep.! pretty darn close except for the decorated plate. in any case, I doubt, people are going to look at it close enough to ever notice.
  10. excellent review! Although the rubber strap looks a little bit stiff on the wrist shot.
  11. nice looking vintage IWC! definitely a keeper. The engraved caseback is really unique compared to the other manual wind watches.
  12. posted a similar thread in another forum before. I'm from SE Asia also. The nearest person is a guy from Australia. you can look him up here or in RG. I guess the demand for such mods doesn't come in as often as Asian customers as they do with EU, Canada, and US customers.
  13. I'd get a DSN 089Ti and a gator strap to go with it.
  14. awesome combination! makes the top gun look meaner.
  15. great looking watch you got there. looks so classic with the vintage T-Lume
  16. what model? I've seen quite a few dials sol in the trading sections in both this forum and the other one.
  17. watchedens stuff is pretty good. bought 2 watches from them already.but again, they're not out-of-the-box wonders. most of the cartel pams go through mods before truly shining. I've bought a DSN pam which is for me, one of the best, buy-and-wear pams out there. I suggest that you invest wisely in one pretty decently priced, good quality rep than a lot of cheap ones.saves you time and money. btw, pm sent.
  18. The 253 actually will look a little bit smaller compared to a regular pam despite the same case size. perhaps because of the dome crystal. compared it with my pam104 yesterday. although i trully am a fan of the 253 regatta. absolutely love it.
  19. Another thing i noticed is that the serial numbers on the V3 caseback are more crooked than the V2s. so i guess for all 253 buyers, you can immediately check the back if you want to find out if you got the V3 or V2. The V2 serial numbers seem to align more properly especially with the "I" compared with the V3, where the "I" is bigger and slanted.
  20. I recently purchased a pam253 regatta from Josh which indicated a synthetic sapphire w/ AR? perharps it will hold up much better than mineral crystal? of course, watch eden provides one with real sapphire crystal but no AR. .*sigh* so many combinations...
  21. i've been looking around some of the trusted dealers for quite some time but was not too sure who sold the best pam regatta model. Some posts say they have the ultimate version but indicate just mineral crystal with super AR. anyone who could point me to the right dealer that gives a pretty good 253 regatta rep with sapphire crystal and AR?
  22. beautiful watch! from which dealer did you buy your rep from? i've been getting mixed reviews about the reliability of the TG ceramics out in the market now. Thinking if i'll be waiting for the ultimate version or if this is as good as it'l ever get.
