Nice piece. When these first came out I was not the biggest fan. After a while curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try one out. Glad I did, it is a great watch with great wrist presence without being over the top. Wear it well.

If you are talking about the Heritage Chrono then you will have an even harder time. If you can even find the parts I cannot imagine the ETA 2892 with DD2054 module will fit in a quartz case. Not sure you would even want to as it really is pretty far off base in terms of accuracy.

Holy moly! That is just awesome. Spill the beans on some details.

Yup, looks Gen to me too.I have the rep, its good, but not that good. Quite easy to spot and the one you have pictured is nothing like it.

Thanks for that link. Never heard of/used them before and they are very close to me. Sweet!

For the work involved in replacing just the jewel it is probably more cost effective to just replace the balance assembly. But I suppose if you have the time on your hands and the skill to do it might be fun to give it a go.

Only thing that is odd is the picture shows a roulette date wheel but the listing says red So I would bet the movement you get is not likely to be as nice as the one pictured but you never know. Price looks quite good.

Takes my breath away in the wrong way. Afraid I am in with Nanuq on this one. Not my cup of tea either but I do appreciate the uniqueness.

Yikes! So what did happen next?
-
Haven't seen one. It would be a tricky movement to get right.

Great bike! The line up from Triumph over the last few years just keeps getting better and better. Love me one of those new Dayton as.

Looks like something that survived one of Nanuq's torture tests

Do you still have the insert that fell out? If so some Gorilla glue or epoxy will hold it in just fine. If it is lost then not much you can do except be on the lookout for a replacement crown.

Very cool project and the result looks great! Never would have thought to "franken" a gen

I concur with MD2020. Sounds like a faux chrono 21j model of some sort. Perhaps a constellation double eagle?

Unbelievable! Double whammy, that just plain out sucks. So sorry to hear Rolexman. As others have offered if there is anyway we can assist, support, etc just let us know. Like Nanuq I am not a professional recruiter but I spend a fair bit of time receiving and reviewing resumes and applications. More than willing to proof read anything you might need.
Keep your chin up. In spite of the financial hardship at the moment you have the best gift on the way soon

Yup, looks like a rep to me. Based on feedback of the seller they may not know it. However, reported.
