Look in the wrist shot, you can clearly see the reflection difference in each "square" of the cf pattern...she's real! Paid $148 + shipping...good value IMO, the watch looks very high quality in person too...be careful with B&R reps though a lot of them have glaring errors...I spent a while on the gen site going back and forth with the rep pics and gen pics...this one is great...

Hey all, Just got my beautiful Bell & Ross rep - BR03-51 from Andrew at Trusty time. Way nicer than I anticipated, great quality packaging and smooth transaction. +1 for Andrew! Anyway, on with the description and pics. I have studied all the B&R reps with the gens and this one is the closest and virtually flawless....not to mention my favorite model! Only difference would be the date font. 42MM brushed and polished case Saphire Carbon Fibre dial with 2 time zones. Automatic Screw down crown Enjoy! I was going to recommend the g9/g10 but the Sx10IS is a better camera for similar money...true, it is a bit bulkier though. P&S are never going to do the job of DSLRs if you want to take proper pics. Either way, let us know what you buy! Can't wait to see the new pics!

Thanks guys! Yeah I tried to hit the ground running here I have been looking at u-boat...like them a lot. Once I get the blackseal and B&R in the mail, i'm going for either an 036/177/127 pam...just trying to make a decision. Then after that, perhaps a u boat or graham... LOVE this stuff....

Out of those cameras, none will do properly IMO. If you HAVE to for budget sake or ease of having one camera/one lens get either the SX110 posted or the better SX10IS But.... Good Macro shots (close-ups of watches) are all about the lens more than the camera itself. For the best results get a DSLR like a Canon EOS XT or XTi or XSi and then get a good macro lens. BE WARNED: I wanted the same thing but to take pics of my car. Now, like other hobbies, I'm addicted, take lots of pics of objects, people, scenery etc. I want more lenses every day and you will too! Especially when your family starts saying hey, you have a nice camera, bring it to the birthday party/dinner/concert and take some! DSLRs give the option of getting appropriate lenses for the situation. In fact, I just flew to see my dad for his birthday this weekend and my XTi and 3 lenses came with. Good luck! How does the subdial configuration indicate quartz? Is it because there are 3 subdials crammed into a relatively small dial and auto or manual would need more space? Thanks for the heads up, I love the info on this site!
