I think we're all going steel crazy, my point was the reliably of a seller and I hope trevor is, but BK has a proven reputation and for some people the risk of getting a dud is a waste of money. I have just placed my order with BK, I've looked and waited for months and even thought about buying a gen. This thread started positively but now has turned into a gamble and unlike BK this Trevor has no QC,he obviously doesn't know a good one from a bad one so what's the point?

Just received new bezel and it's going to take a while to shaving it down. I'm going to buy some carbide sandpaper tomorrow it's used on ceramic tile files and it's an abrasive paper mainly used on metal work too, will post progress.

Is there anyone out there who has pics and review of the modded Ultimate DSSD from perfect clones?

I have recently received a pro hunter DSSD and the lume is different on the dial and hands and none on the pearl, also the positioning of the pearl is shocking. I emailed dealer and he tells me that the lume is alway stronger on the hands. Is this true. I have the correct 10 bezel insert on the way so hopefully the pearl position is better.

The crazy thing is alot of rep collecters buy reps first and then love the watch that much that they then save up and purchase the gen, so in a round about way reps promote the gens. Hang on,so infact rolex are getting free advertising. I think i should be in government.

I had a look at the wm9 band, but i have pre ordered a sd from george and didn't want to spend $125 without knowing his quality for myself. i have just ordered one from silix now and for $25+ p&p His quality is rated fairly well so seems like a bargin, worth a go.
