If there was a rep using 904l, then we'd be the first to know about it, as for being a true 1:1 replica that's undetectable, there's no such thing. The only people who are capable of even building anything near it are here on this forum, and the irony is they need to use gen parts on most of it.

Cost me about £150 delivered to UK. Its about 300mm diameter. I'll post a lume shot later this weekend. (I'm away until Sunday). It keeps time, I was worried at first because It lost five minutes in ten to start with, but I must have changed it by accident when I hung it on the wall.

Needed a wall clock for my office and bought this one from PT. it's not too bad, obviously there are some flaws, but it's a novelty. It's holding up good time at the moment, but so it should as it's a quartz. The build quality is fair, but has a few little scuffs on the dial and the minute hand just scraps the hour, but that's an easy fix. The case is stainless steel and the date works too. I would have preferred a sea deweller, but they don't do them, which would work better as there's no cyclops.

But a gen bezel fits right on ?

There's always something, how boring it would be though if we had a real 1:1 watch. Imagine the topic.

So, it's just the lug measurement that's an issue for gen end links? Is that a gen bezel assembly you have on it?

There always seems to be something. I can't believe it's as easy as suggested. I'll wait until a few of this are in some of the experienced guys hands before I get excited.

I think everyone needs to calm down here and ask some questions. Does anyone know this guy? Has any one dealt with him before? After all he's come from nowhere and people are falling over each other to give him orders which may prove to be unmanageable for him. BK is also a proven guy for many years and I can't believe a little disrespect is being shown out of this. Yes it looks like a descent break through, but as BK mentions you'll still have to mod this case, so what ever the cost you know it won't stop there. Lets see if TC can handle the pressure first. BK's prices have moved upwards over time, but only because he adds value along the way and he does a good job of holding on to QC too.

He's obviously aware it's fake, but hiding behind ignorance. Why would you buy anything at auction for £3000 without a little research?

That's what I ment. The photos don't do it justice. But as soon as I held it there was nothing like it, then when I operated it to set it up......well it's another class.

Just picked up the gmt. What a watch, it's like new after the recent service it had at Rolex. Thanks for the feed back from you guys. In the end it's so obvious it's a gen.

Yeah I think there both nice, but this one has just been service by Rolex and had the original black bezel replaced to its brand new red and black whilst over at Rolex. Plus the guy has original purchase receipt and current service receipt.

What about this GMT? It's going to be a GMT or a seadweller.

What if it's through eBay, PayPal and a credit card? My understanding is PayPal protect you if it's not authentic.

I love these watches. Discontinued, nicer than the deep sea. I still have a deposit down on a BK WM9 SD, I know it's never going to happen, just waiting to use it on a BK, but his prices just keep rising, so I've been saving for a gen.
