  1. Just wish the photo were a little bigger....
  2. Oi... just when I thought the Yobos were all on walkabout... Give us a kiss, ken
  3. Ever take a lady to Paris? Apparently not, otherwise no question here. Go to Paris. Oh, but forget the Disneywoos. That's what Anaheim and Orlando are for. Sheesh.
  4. We hate to see you leave the forum. Good to have you coming this way, though. Where to school? Let me guess... California? USC? UCLA? You'll be having more fun than watches are by a long shot. Good luck with your game. What? Not that! Tennis, tennis, your tennis game! Oi, izzat all ozzies think about? Then you'll do fine at a US college.
  5. All this... just to give Kathy and RWU a plug?
  6. '97 Dodge Dakota every damn day. Yeah, but with a five speed and V-8 with HD everything so I can tow a 27' Sportcraft sportfisher. My wife's ride is a Cadillac CTS, and yes that is with the manual tranny too, I dare you to find one of those anywhere but a car show.
  7. Sorry Andy I have only the memory of such a cool model (and of course King soon had a rep which she had to defend as not fantasy), but I did not archive anything on it, no pics nothing. Maybe others will remember King referring them to the particular omega product page, however that still does not give us the model #. Marrickvilleboy came along about six months too late (such a youngster!) to see this one, or he would surely have noted all the particulars. Well... I do have a version of this, not King's righteous one, but very good just the same except for one thing... it has the date at 3 o'clock! which the gen seamaster/railmaster never did. Go figure. Chinese rep makers all crasy.
  8. I don't know who the omega company wis was that replied to the Q about this model, but I remember seeing this gen seamaster with railmaster numerals on the official omega webpage, except that it was not a co-axial movement. Yes, I remember thinking, cool, a railmaster style without the premium price. But it disappeared before long. There was also at least one vintage 60's seamaster very similar in general appearance, but again not coaxial movement.
  9. Yeah, this is terrific news, although I do believe Admin will be working quite hard for a while now and will probably have barely a moment for the likes of us for a few months. (Ah well.) Nevertheless, good on yer! Congratulations.
  10. Wait a minute!!! I sold that watch to you, the special Bombay-Time invisible-gmt 007 secret agent perpetual calendar half-day-ahead complicated thingy. Apparently, it's still working perfectly.
  11. Feb-u-lous. It just keeps getting better. (Where did I read that lately?) Thank you again, Admin. Where ever do you get the time?
  12. But the question is not 'is cycling a sissy sport' but 'did floyd landis dope himself up with epitestosterone before stage 17'? If he had, he would not have won the stage. He would have finished at the back of the peloton. Duh [censored]in duh. Read up on hormones, steroids, their effects, etc. They can't attack Lance anymore, so now they go for Floyd. Of course, the only real dopers using the Spanish connection doctor are from where? Not US. Not France either.
  13. The reason everyone gets spam but some gets the stupid ones is... oh, I can't say it... it's because... it's because... No one else reads the stupid ones... Oi! Did you just call me a Yobo?
  14. I dint post here, really I dint, it was that yobo what uses my pitcher and pretenses its me.
  15. I have always been partial to Maxwell's equations, myself.
