Great work JB!
You wouldn't happen to have any Air-King builds laying around you want to part with do you?
I've been looking for a nice silver faced Air-King for my wife. They're hard to locate these days.
Just received a Yuki 1665 GW yesterday and I have a very lightly aged gen service insert that I'm itching to mount. Is the bezel assembly removal like that of a MBW 1680 where you lightly apply pressure up or does it have a spring that needs pushed back?
Anybody have any problems shipping watches to Canada from the US?
What are some of the issues if any that I should be concerned with?
What carrier is recommended?
Thanks
Thanks for posting the great pics.
I just put in an order with TC yesterday for a V6
I couldn't resist any longer but it's going to be a long 5-6 weeks!
Never had a rep serviced only relumed.
In need of a service for my newly acquired mbw 1680 and would like to find someone local.
PM me any good sources.
Thanks!
When you point it out and enlarge the photo you can see it but on the wrist 99.9% won't see it or know the difference.
I guess there is negatives and positives to both options - trim the dial or enlarge the dial seat. I'm leaning toward trimming the dial but still undecided.
Great looking 1680 btw I really like the all white dial.
@alligoat
Thanks for the advice - I agree the dial will be a challenge.
I contacted Whoop about one of his new mk3 red 1680 dials and he offered to trim it down to 26.2
I'll probably go that route - his fonts look pretty good for aftermarket.
