Looks a little on the frail side to me.. I'm working on trying to source these old cases.. I have one on the way for sample.. but the bezel may not be the tapered one, I won't know until I receive the case and it is coming by slow boat from Asia .. it may be like the bezel in the pic above.. but the lugs should be nice and stubby.. fingers crossed. I didn't want to announce it until the case arrives. but this may help out some members who are on the look out for the proper case set.. I didn't want members to get high hopes and then it fail to be the one.. but let's see.. AC Lani

All the same.. you can source them in hardware stores too.. be careful not to apply it to any AR coating it will damage the coat.. and if you are using it on the case back and bracelet.. wash the area with warm water.. it is a skin irritant and will cause severe rashes in some..it's best to use latex gloves if you skin is sensitive to petroleum products.. it contains a separate base that causes irritation to skin... fyi I usually cut off very small pieces at a time.. for better control AC Lani

I believe the "RB" is registered.. the express that has been coming out of China is "EE" .. try checking with your dealer.. or if this was a "free shipping" it most likely will be registered.. there is usually an extra charge for express (30usd) registered will be a little over 2 weeks..

I take issue with that statement.. as my dealer QC's for 2 to 3 day's before it's "drop shipped" .. it all depends what contacts the dealers have in GZ.. and whom is doing the shipping for them..some collectors have their own contact in GZ separate from the makers shipper.. some dealers who ship to EU may use different logistics to get the package safely to it's destination.. taking a little longer for the package to arrive.. but I have never heard of a dealer who takes 1 month unless it's a special order and the dealer is going to China from another location in Asia.. My DSN hands are correct.. that does not mean that the rest of his reps are consistent. my fiddy started off as a Eddie Lee.. and ended up a DSN.. dial .. hands .. crystal..EL had the "exploding" crystal episodes.. It is likely that he took care to match the set on my fiddy(I bought them seperate from his cmplete watch).. or he could be using another lume now.. generally his lume is too green for the Pams, I have received hands that were way green .. not matching the dial from DSN ..this is part of the hobby though.. DSN still has the best Pams.. but Ziggy will surely make it right, as he has done with other hands I had from DSN..it will be a vast improvement either way you look at it.. I'm sourcing parts for a Ziggy unique fiddy right now.. AC Lani

Here's a side by side comparison review found on the net You cannot judge the difference in crystal distortion from these pics because of the angles.. although there is a very slight difference in the reflection of the charged lume on the crystal.. and the AR is a bit stronger on the rep. than it is on the genuine .. the main detail in the crystal for me is the distortion in the 12 with the gen~Rep.. slight but the genuine 12 is a little tighter in the genuine.. still the rep crystal is well done.. unless you really knew what you were looking for. Notice the distortion of the 12 in this pic of the rep is "spread" from this angle Again in this pic the optical distortion is loose.. Panerai has ..IMO.. one of the best optical.. their cyclops is unbelievable.. the date font can be viewed clearly form a meter or more away.. Kruzers cyclop project was very well done .. I have it on my 029 A pic of the rep AR.. the genuine has a very faint blue hue.. but it really depends on the angle of the crystal Ohh sorry.. got carried away.. the lume is white on the genuine.. as it is on the rep .. dial by DSN btw AC Lani

Once you receive a EMS tracking number it takes 3 day's for the parcel to leave China.. the tracking numbers are given out before the parcel is actually taken to the post .. it will be 4 to 5 days from the time it leaves China for it to arrive on the East Coast.. considering the cut backs in Units that USPS has been mandated and the cut back in hours of Postal workers, parcels are taking a day or 2 longer... Also tracking on the USPS site is spotty these day's due to the cut backs .. they are supposed to update every 24 hours ... but at times they may not update.. so if your parcel reads like it's stuck in one spot it's usually because they have not updated the tracking not that your parcel is actually not moving.. I've received parcels that were noted to still be in Customs recently... so don't stress it's just the sign of the times. AC Lani
