I know this is off topic.. but oh well .. MSM Methylsulfonylmethane .. it's a sulfate that the body produces naturally for joints... it came out on the market not too long ago.. i started taking it on advise from a friend.. i could not do military on the barbell full range.. a friend at the gym..he's a neurosurgeon.. told me the body needs up to 20000 mg a day.. i was taking 2000.. so i upped it to 15 to 20 pills a day.. and now can do 225 250 military (free weights) barbell full range.. take the MSM only once in a while to maintain.

get some MSM take 15000 mgs a day(health food store or costco), 800 mgs ibuprofen 3x daily..... and in 2 weeks you will feel 100% better.. when you go back use dumb bells for a while...

Never attempt to change the date wheel until you adjust the hands to 5:30, especially on chronos.. ..am or pm does not matter, but find the am or pm that suits your time zone.. or you will cause irreversible damage... try that and pull crown all the way out and try and adjust it to the correct position and try again.. you may have damaged teeth.. if you had the hands above 9 or above 3

It's made to get the pin a little way's out of the bracelet then .. use pliers .. make sure you don't bend the pin .. pull with tension not force.. pull straight out..

Those are very handsome hat's raijor... it is the opposite in Hawaii,.. I would cook in the felt or leathers.. so this is what we choose.. Both are genuine Panama ... this is the Montecristi check the tiny weave.. they say in the summer months the workers have to weave in the night.. otherwise their sweat drips on the weave.. i like to wear these to the Sunday brunches i am so fond of.. thanks for posting this thread raijor

the dial is now genuine as is the crown and tube... the later for precautionary measures as the rep crown on the omegas are prone to failure.. the crystal is genuine.. the hands are the rep version as I was advised by Ziggy that they are no different from the genuine but he did have to lume the hands and pearl to match the dial.. I did not replace the bezel as I believe the rep bezel is accurate.. and if I did the cost would have been fast approaching a used genuine.

Ziggy did the mod and yes, that is what he said he did.. rather have the genuine in there though than the rep.. for practical purpose..

Ah yes.. the PVD is just a coating so the metal to start with needs to be polished.. but would that affect the look of the PVD.. otherwise the finish they have on the case would work.. or just be happy with it.. but then again man alway's tries to find better way's to mess up

First , thank you to Ziggy and J** for my modded PO.. i love it .. but then again what's not to like after the trip to the best team in Canada The genuine parts went on my PO white numeral piece, here's some shots to compare the genuine parts to the rep version.,. right away you can notice the obvious . althought the replication is IMHO awesome .. the genuine dial speaks for itself.. CRISP, CLEAN lines.. notice also no reflection in the crystal the lower crown is the rep.. the genuine looks to be a bit flatter and not as coned where the logo is.. but they did a better job with the rep crown than with the SMP rep crown..IMO the clarity in the genuine crystal is obvious .. that's not to say the rep is not good.. again ,.. clarity and no reflections in the crystal.. the AR is not "heavy" you really cannot see a lot of hue.. but minimal refraction or reflection in it.. the rep PO IMHO is one of the best Lumes out of the box .. but then again there is the genuine lume. crisp.. thanks for viewing.. if the maker could do the bezel like they do the case.. that is highly polished .. i think that would be a 5 star award.... although i am totally happy with this lite version Actually this may be better for the simple fact that the V-1 version is so $$ if you scratch the bezel.. nuff said. but it would be a cool project to work on as to getting this bezel polished..

your HBB is the quinessential one HB.. but agian you are in a business where you can pull that one off.. me wearing the rose gold would be taken as a dug dealer . .. i could always say i do well in Amway.. yes, i have 2 ceramics.. but am pleasantly surprised at the closeness of the PVD... now there must be some way to polish this son of a buck.... @ UB7.. take a look at the whole bezel UB it is curved like a potato chip wafer.. both the ceramic and the PVD... better safe than sorry.. i woudn't mess with tightening it too much... as you can't tell unless you scrutinize.. wow.. do we do that.. look at it from all angles.. imagine that... you'd think we be obsessed or sompting just make sure when U obsess do it in the privacy of your home how's the rehaut on the polished bezel UB ?

All this needs is k2222 or chieftang and it's GTG...

We.. may want to ask UB7 to post a close up of his polished ceramic bezel.. .... cause he's got something else coming in the mail for it.. how bout it UB7 some pics of the polished ceramic

supposedly the bracelet will go on the slevins coming out with them but none for spares to attach to the case sets that we got with the rubber straps..

Well, this is a question for the PVD experts as if you notice the case on the lite version it is polished or shiny anyway.. i don't know if this is enamel or a polished PVD... but the whole excersize in the lite is for a lower costing HBB... so with that said.. the bezel comes off so try and do some research on how to get that bezel to shine....and you can add that to another post.. your project MOI... and I will PM you with the info on the collector as I don't like to use this to advertise for collectors...
