  1. I don't believe that it is. The shock absorber mounted above the balance looks wrong to me. It is an Incabloc Shock system. The 2824 should have a Novodiac Shock system which has three points on it. Here is a close up of yours: This is what it should look like. Also take note of the timing regulator. There is a small slot screw between a fork that you turn to adjust the speed of the watch. Your movement just has a needle.
  2. New acquisition for me. After a year and a half, here is my new BK GMT IIc powered by a 2893-2 jumping hour hand GMT movement (and yes, I just noticed the gunk under the bezel)
  3. Decided to keep this one after all. It's just so damn comfortable and that silver dial is just so...
  4. The Day-Date franken is one of my favorites that you built! Love that one!!
  5. Very nice! Love that rivet bracelet!!!
  6. Now that is quite stunning! What's the story with that JLC?
  7. Might be a good project for jmb to make a slide decal for
  8. Doing a little manual winding today
  9. Aramid - that is gorgeous!!! What's the story with that one?
  10. Love it on the new strap Cats! Looking good!
  11. Is that my old one? The arabic numbers VC overseas was also an impressive rep! The only issue I had with it was the bracelet was crap. Impossible to re-size and impossible to find extra links.
  12. There you go!! I've been waiting to see the FF on the mesh!!! Looks good M! But is this an older pic? The FF still looks shiny and new. I started of the day with my new VC: But with the rain, I've switched over to the 9411
  13. +1 Also would love to see a non-quartz, proper rep of the Tudor Heritage Chrono.
  14. Wow that looks really good!!! Almost has an Aston Martin vibe about it. Rotary engine?
  15. Thought the exact same thing!!! Cute pair though!!!! My dog is the exact same way. If I leave the house for a smoke, when I come back in it's like he hasn't seen me in months!
