The only difference I can see, is the hour hand. V5 is thin, this one is fat. What are the other tells? Cyclops?

I am on the hunt for a nice LV 116610 and think the V5 of Noob is the right choice. I am offered a very nice one, but can't see if these are the latest V5. Experts, please chime in.

Hmm, CG are different, crown on dial is different, bezelteeth are different etc. etc. Ergo, not a MBW. I suppose it is a MBK which still can be bought from Reg.
