i agree fully, i imagine 5% would be about all you would get unless there were some kind of special sale. old stock, over stock, or sudden depressed economy. i imagine somewhere in new orleans there is a new rolex cheap.

where can i find some pictures of this operation on a asian movement? i did a search and didn't come up with anything i could use. this much variance is unaceptable for me but i am willing to try and do myself.

whats bad for me is the dark colored dial is very easy for me to read by a glance. i like the white very much but it is hard for mo to read. i have trouble with my ss ym. tough decision. getting old just can't suck enough. lol!

i've got a new vc 1775 with a asian movement from narikaa and it is loseing 5 minutes a day i have many reps eta and asian and none of them have ever done this new or old. all of my watches are good for less than that for a week. the time keeping on all of mine have remained the same from new. i don't know how to regulate it. any ideas on how to do this?

i like the watch but the width of that ring is actually the rehaut on the watch and we complain about it on a sub all day long and we are not going to stop. there's nothing different here. for me personally if i buy one as much as i think the maroon kicks a** i will buy a white one to hide this flaw. i certainly won't buy a dark colored dial.

the rest of the world has never been able to do anything about what china does. nothing has magicly changed that. they are giving a show to settle everybody down a little. as far as the laws in america they have been tring to do something about this for ever and nothing has change they have too many problems with our laws on proving justafiable cause to investigate and intent to distribute unless you just got busted tring to import several at the same time and then they have to purchase from you to build a case so they can go to trial. as far as the carriers go, they have alot more problems than watches. they can't even find cocain. watches are the least of their worries

yes , i don't understand it either but it happened and unfortunatly i have to agree with the second part of your post also.

you must be looking at watches with glass or plastic stones. it is impossiable to see the difference with your eye a good cz from a diamond. if seeing a rollie on the rocks screems fake thats either a crappy rep or your knowing about reps. a good cz will reflect light better than a diamond because they are 100%clean and diamonds are not. i've have held a solid platinum day date in my hand before that was completely encrusted with diamonds band and all, even the hands were covered with diamond chips and you couldn't even tell time with it. it was a peice of jewlery instead of a watch. it appraised fo $92,000.00 and trust me, nothing about it screemed fake, it screemed money and lots of it.

it bothers me and i am going to give them some time to see if they address that problem. on the other hand i read a post where somebody took theirs to a d to have the band resized and they didn't spot it and they were looking at it closely wanting to know how he got it because they had people on a waiting list to get one, maybe it looks so good in person you just don't notice it. i want one very bad but i'm going to give it some time. just my 02.

he didn't want it pinned because the general feeling is that all people don't read the pinned information there for it would not be as affective. everything went south from there. it turned into a political football because of the dealers that were listed and the whole joe vs The Zigmeister mess. the people that were complaining about it didn't need the information but they got their way and the newbies that the information was ment to help have suffered because of it. it's very sad but thats pretty much the readers digest version of it. it was all political bs. i received that letter when i joined and thought it was a treasure chest of information. i have not seen 1 post from a newbie complaining about receiving it but i have seen posts complaining about not receiving it. go figure. oh well klink is alive and well at rwi and still rambling on in newyorkeeze or something and according to him life is still good! lol

yes you are correct about that. it is very cool. but i still won't buy one until they fix these things. it will cost too much to mod the crap out of it. they are not that expensive to buy a nice used gen. about $1650.00 to $1900.00 for 95% to 99% on tz sales corner. the people buying them don't seem to care about the flaws so they will never be fixed. saterday i had a bran new speedmaster moonphase with a white dial and blue hands (my favorite) offered to me at the ad for $3700.00 i think i would rather buy that before i spent $1000.00 buying and modding a po. i will continue waiting. if i get tired of waiting i will just buy a gen.

exactly, where i live i see lots of rolex, oil money lol but ihave never seen a brietling in person here. nobody would know a bad rep from a gen here. anybody seen the red one that emril wares? pretty cool looking poking out from that white chefs coat.

yes i agree with you totally. like you said these are being upgraded at a fast pace thats why i think only doing a search and reading is not enough. espescialy for a newbie, the information is not nessisarly kept up to date so a post from 6 mos ago may not be usefull as it once was and in fact may cause somebody to buy something that they didn't want. i know when i make a purchase i want the best and latest info out their and then i will ask questions on top of that before i make a purchase.

search blue tt sub and variations of that phrase here and on trc and you will find a lot of information on these. i assure you it will be worth your while. if you are intrested in this watch you will be very happy to see all of this. the only real issue with this watch is the plated end links only resently have some dealers started offering better end links.

what constantly amazes me is you can ask who's got the best pam or omega po and you will get lots of positive responses but the second you say sub the [censored] hits the fan. i really don't get it. it's like nobody has the balls to say, in my opinion this watch has the best overall look. yea they all have flaws and yea it depends on witch flaws you can live with but damn if you ask for a helping hand some people are just waiting in the wings to cut your nuts off. so much for a disscussion board where everybody shares their opinions and ideas for the good of the members. truthfully, i can't beleive this thread made it this far before this happened. i don't understand why if this type of thread bothers some people. they can't be bothered with such nonsence and lazy people not using the all mighty search button. why do they wast their valuable time talking to such lazy people asking quesions that they feel is below them to answer? you would think they would not bother to respond if their time and knowlage is so valuable. it's hard to figure some people. oh well, i still think this thread was a goog idea, but what do i know, i've only been messing with rolex reps for about 15 years. i'm just a lowly newby and i'm sure i will be told how much i don't know any minute.
