That is a huge help. Also, it seems that Wo-mart is based very close to Ruby. The western union is to be sent to the exact same town in china (exactly). Just a different chinese name. Ruby said she would do the one listed above for a pretty good deal but Wo-mart's at 119 is still the cheapest by far. You think i should go with Ruby or just risk it with wo mart? Once i have paid the fees with Ruby, i am getting up close to $200 unfortunately.

The only problem i can really see with EL's is the hour markers look kinda small? The band is the same on all of them I assume. Oddly enough, the pic of the EL in this picture is DIFFERENT than the one in his photobucket. Look at the "swiss made" at the bottom. Check these pics out. The first is EL's and the Second is Ruby's.. Also, Wo-mart has one for $119 that looks pretty strong... do you think the YM that would show up at my house would be the same one he has listed?

Well there in lies the problem.. You are still talking and thinking about Variable products.. A Fixed index annuity doesn't require a series 63, 65, 6 etc or a broker dealer. I am NOT selling them to you or anyone here, i just think they are killer for older folks especially that want to preserve capital and can't risk what the stock market did from 99 to 2002. (Got crushed and portfolios lost 40% of their value), while FIA's were going up 3% and when the market rebounds, they go up substantially. Just my two cents. I guess if you are 25 years old and have 40 years to ride the up's and down's and general volatility than an index mutual fund is great, have at it. I like a tad bit of saftety. I guess it just depends on the personality of the investor, i suppose. Just my thoughts.

Spoken just like i would expect...from someone who clearly doesn't understand Fixed Indexed annuities. I would agree with all of those statement for Variable Annuities (total trash) but when the stock market is down 10% in a given year, and your Fixed Index Annuity, still goes up 3%, you will thank me. When the stock market is up 15% the following year and your product is up the full 15%, you will thank me again. It's a long term play to gain about 9% consistently, year after year... without the huge swings..

andrew's seems to be inconsistent according to some of the posts. what about: Kings? eddieLee's? River? Nataliee? Ruby? silix? JosNana? TTK? any of them good?

Clearly, you are ALL smarter than me.... i just completed 40 pages of nonsense... and now feel very dumb... but on a positive note about myself..i have some kickass watches
