Several dealers show the 44mm domed crystal Pam 1950 junior fantasy watch... paul at Wo-mart, and Trusty, to name two. Any member own any of this? How do they compare with the 47mm fiddy ..... I know, aside from 3mm smaller. I am particularly interested in the domed crystal.

I bouht this from Jos Nana a while ago. I wear it only with short sleeve shirts due to its great thickness. It can deflect bullets, like Wonder Woman's bracelets.

Re: Josh's 089 in brown dial. Is this a fantasy color? Also the brown color on his website and the brown ot the 036 and 118 appear very different. Anyone have this watch or an opinion as to the color comparison, fantasy issue, or the watch in general?

1951 Chevy Pickup, purchased in 1972. It was old way back then. It was a US Forest Service retiree, forest green, with a low-low-low granny gear. I paid $300, and it burned 40 weight non detergent oil real bad. I had to park it on a hill to jump start it in the morning as the cold oil was too heavy for the starter. One really cold AM I ended up stalled at the bottom of my jump-start hill until the local police gave me a push with their cop car. I finally killed the transmission in early spring jump-starting it while being manually pushed after work by two co-workers. End of vehicle. Gas cost .29 9/10 per gallon, and you got a one penny discount with a fill up of a pick up.

Lovely! I'm wearing a Breitling Navatimer that whirls just like this, but at a somewhat higher pitch, although also somewhat quieter. I love to keep it going in the morning by holding it face up parallel to the ground and rotating my wrist to try and keep the rotor spinning. I hope this doesn't constitute watch abuse.

My Pam 118 stem just whirls around, neither winding the watch, nor moving the hands to set the time. I have had it "repaired" twice. Once by the dealer (lasted one month), and once by a repairman (lasted one winding). Shall I A. Resend the watch to the last repairman requesting a re-repair? B. Search for another rtepairman on this or other forum? or C. Send my Pam 118 to The Great Repairman in the Sky (RIP)?

Saw Ice-T on Law & Order SVU. It looked lioke he was wearing a Breitling Navitimer.

My Navitimer arrived with the running seconds hand off of its dial and loose in the case. The chrono hand locked at 55 seconds, and neither of the other dials moved. I emailed Andrew and he told me to send the watch back and it would be replaced. I mailed the watch 6/9/06. The watch arrived yesterday, 6/19/06. It works perfectly. All hands are attached, the chrono hand continues to move around the dial as do the second, minute and hour hands. The watch arrived with the chrono running. I have reset the chrono twice, and twice all hands have returned returned to the 12 o’clock markers. Thank you Andrew for making this purchase right.
