GMT was a Josh Mcween that got completely reworked. Gen Dial and Bezel insert. Couldn't get a gen crown to fit so I'm stuck with the rep one. 2mm springbar holes drilled. DRSD was i believe MBW with gen superdome and crown/tube. insert is Clarks. Dial and hands aged (look better in person) 2mm springbar holes. Bracelet lubed. Can't decide if i like it with or without pearl. Both wear fantastic!

Here's the recouperation of the bracelet. No matter how hard I tried it was impossible to get rid of bracelet stretch. but I am pretty happy with the end result with the bracelet. This is how much dirt was in each link (there was even more in some of them!!!) All the parts ready to go back together! Slow Progress! Done for now. It looks WAY better than before and this was just a cleaning and hand polish as I didn't want to remove any gold.

serial dates it to 1969 which is pretty cool

i understand there is not much difference between the acryllic clarks and the 116 or am i mistaken?

So the crystal was barely hanging on and I was worried about it breaking and marring the dial So I broke off the last sliver of connection and this is what I have. The bracelet is going to be quite difficult to salvage, but I am very excited about trying to put that back together. Here's a video of its condition. Yea I'm only worried about maybe a sliver of the plexi getting in and scratching the dial. I won't know until i get it if the dial has any marks. To me it looks unpolished which is also pretty cool.

Picked this up for cheap. We'll see what comes of it. Stayed tuned! Anyone have any info on the TT folded Bracelet? I haven't seen very many out there?

Yes DSN Base As for the strap it is a temporary strap until one that I ordered comes in. It fit fine but I don't have tubes in the rubber.

I know of at least 4 people that swear by that book. I can't speak for myself as don't have kids yet but I will certainly get it when I do.
