i don´t know how much jewels... but some jewels must missing, because it is mostly defect or it will run ok, if you don´t use the chronos... but why a chrono, if you can´t use it?

Hi i have bought a PAM GMT 088 few months ago from TTK for a friend and thinking to buy this watch also for me. Neil means that his watch is special, because it is thicker (16mm) as standard reps from other dealers. it is right? how much is the thickness from other dealers 088/089? i like the thicker version, but it is impossible to contact TTK. So i must order it from other dealers. Anyone has a 088/089 from PT??? How much is the thickness?

I told this to a friend and he means that is only a bad luck... no more. He has ordered also a watch and customs held is first watch, too. 2 years later all poeple ask me again: "we order so so many watches without problems." So i have try it again. First watch from Josh arrived savely and the second watch HELD BY CUSTOMS. 3 watches on customs? And all 3 to different adress and from different dealers? woooooow what a bad luck

better pay taxes as loose the watch to customs but 2 of 2 watches is painful. This makes reps very expensive

it´s simple the needle is swiss based... and the dagger is ASIA movement look Paul on wo-mart price list. He sell the dagger one for cheap. Do you think he can sell a swiss Unitas with swan neck so cheap? the swan neck on needle version is not working???

why you saved 250-300 usd? a unitas need only all 5-10 years a service. If you oil it all 2 years it is also ok. a Unitas movement is a simple and very robust movement.. don´t need all 3 years a full service like rolex movement!!!!!

Swiss Version weight 79,25g... 15% more as asian version!!!!!! swiss has sapphire glass and asian has synthetic saphir do you knwo what is synthetic saphir? no? ask Joshua or Pugwash. Both knows what it is... :yucky:

But the swiss version is much better. The case is solid and watch weight much more as asian version. Swiss movement ist standard and not decorated, but much better quality as asian decorated unitas. And the most important thing is: Swiss version has GENUINE sapphire glass and the asian version has ???? glass... what a sh*t glass :yucky: BTW, i think my spezial edition is one of the best IWC Jones ever look here

$250 was a good price 2 years ago, when this rep comes on market. But now you can find better watches with swan´s neck and correct bridges for $300 - $350.

ETA 6497-1 old Rep (around 2 years old model) movement is standard quality (but better as asia 6497) and the blue wheels are not blued, only cheap blue color (will tarnished aftoer some month/years). I don´t know if the movement is realy engraved or only pasted (like asian unitas). here a pic of movement without engraving and blue wheels.

we are all surching for the "perfect" version of a watch... and if a new and closer version comes on market, we will buy it. that´s simple

send us a pic from movement... exist many type of "swiss" unitas in PAM watches.

i don´t like rubber straps... and i am not interested in one but i must say... Puretime this is a GREAT OFFER only the strap worth this money... but this price with deployant buckle... woooooow

dear Ingo i never told, that PT or Joshua are bad dealers or bad persons. I have deal with PT and he has send me lot of nice watches without problems. But my last experinces was bad. You are right, i must refund the watch 2nd time to PT and waiting for result. But i have wait 4 weeks for this watch (he hasn´t on stock) and have wait 6 weeks for refund watch. And it is also none-working. All in all 10 weeks for a watch and it´s not work. Sorry i am to lazy to send it again for a refund. I work 10-12 hours a day and have not the time for so much trouble. What should i say? Hey PT my watch don´t work again and again and again? It would be a never ending story. And i hate never ending storys. It is not PT´s fault... 50% of all new daytonas are none-working and demaged after few days. It was bad luck. Joshua has send me a watch. The watch arrived savely without customs problems. But watch has a defect (glass, case) so i have order a new watch. I wouldn´t send the watch for repair, because it takes to long time. I have need this watch for a gift and need it fast. So i have order a new watch. 2nd watch held by customs. It is not Joshuas fault. It is possible that your watch could held by german customs. It was bad luck. bad luck... not bad dealers. my thread is not to criticize any dealer here. I have ask for german users with similar customs problems and ask for a tip/advice, what i can do. i have no result from our dealers now. If you will ask and find me 3 movements, i will get you a nice profit.

mostly problematic are the datyona watches with small second at 6 o´clock. 80% of them are [censored]
