Every since I got my PO and Breit with even weak factory AR I really am partial to it, which is one of the things that attracted me the fore mentioned review.. I guess I'll keep searching.

Interesting Take TJ, (Kinda Like buying the stripped out stock car instead of the Maybach) I can see what your getting at. The watch still looks the business on the wrist, its only when you take it off. I did some oiling/waxing on the bracelet which made it much nicer than when I first received it. still the bezel looks a little, for lack of a better word (or word that actually exists) Plasticky.... Im sure there are some horror stories out there, C'mon guys!

Noobmariner, When it showed up my only other rep was a Tag Heuer Link Chrono "Super-rep". A I had never held a gen submariner, I was expecting a weighty quality feel to the watch. The Bracelet let me down the most, and bezel just looks cheap. Ah well, cheap rep cheap feel I guess eh?

Hey Aussie, Im from OZ myself. Welcome to the boards. Just a quick heads up, I wouldn't advise insulting one of the most respected members of this forum in your 2nd ever post. Lani was trying to help you, the reality is this is what it will take to fix the watch. I would recomend either replacing it, with either another PO (Narikaa - in dealers section) can source some very nice PO's for around the AUD$110 if your looking for a cheapy, or getting stuck in and researching some other watches around the boards. Word of warning, it becomes somewhat addictive. What part of Oz do you hail from?
