  1. sorry dude, drugs are for losers. so you deride the owners of knives then recommend drug use? perhaps you should get off the mandrex and reconsider what is more dangerous. GOD BLESS HUMANITY(USA)
  2. first off suicide is for whimps who can't make it in life, very un AMERICAN. I am not sure what mandrex is, but if it's a drug and that's how you deal with reality, I understand why you would not relate to my post. Thom
  3. wow, this post makes me glad i am an AMERICAN. people getting upset over knives? That is so weak. Rachel Ray plays with knives. I have collected knives since i was just a youth and to the chagrin of the anti knife ilk on this board, i have never used them in the commission of a crime. I make no apologies in stating that the anti knife and yes, anti gun folk are mostly pillow biting pansies. sorry if thats a personal attack, it is meant to be generic. it is because of knives and guns, in the right hands, we have a free world! GOD BLESS THE USA! Thom
  4. I would mention it to the dealer. see what they say. they may ask you to ship it to them and they will exchange it or fix it. Perhaps they will offer special deal on next watch. our dealers are great! but remember, even with gens there are problems. If you feel uneasy about asking for some resolution due to the time that has passed than go with your gut. Thom
  5. That one almost made me blow my coffee through my nose! They sell over (pinky to corner of mouth) 1 million watches a year! Thom
  6. I have owned one of these and they are terrific for the price of a rep. They are made with tritium and glow like a torch. I was able to read the time on mine through a sheet at night. crown guard, screw down pushers, check it out. Thom click me
  7. Honestly, this type of pedantic rodomontade is more suited for TZ. The quality I care most about about is not if the movement was made by the manufacturer rather, will it still be running in 6 months. Thom That being said, you do demonstrate erudition beyond the average.
  8. I would be for the s/s model now being sold if it goes the $150-180 range. Thom
  9. why does the date font look different than in his (EL'S)pics? In the community guide there are 2 next to each other; one on a strap with great font and one on a bracelet with decent font. It appears there is still a toss up wether you get a great one or just a decent one. Thom
  10. I love the gen omega white gmt but the boogey colored lume on the rep is a major deal killer. Not only is it a give away, it is butt ugly. The YM is beautiful all the way around. Thom
  11. great post but, can you find a way to incorporate your girl into a couple of the pics?
  12. so i guess the moral to the story is never give a woman her bra when she asks for it.
  13. dude, thanks! Your girl is smokin! the watch pales in comparison. Thom
  14. reminds me of a joke.... how do you make a guy fall in love with 5 lbs of ugly fat?
  15. PM sent, look no further, I'm your man. Thom
  16. I had a 4th gen PO from Andrew and I can tell you unequivocally, the bracelet is not brass. I do not know who you purchased your PO from, but is not one of the better quality ones. Thom
  17. i have had 4 breitlings. 2 of them needed repair very early on. my cosmonaute went back 3 times before they fixed it. It was s/s and at one point it came back from breitling with gold hands! even so, they are by far my favorite brand. thom
  18. yes, done. and i requested more boob avatars.
  19. ebay? thats way too much! check timezone sale corner. you will get a much better deal from better sellers.
  20. WatcUseek Watch talk forums Seiko and Citizen forum Watchnet did the survey and there are a few more sights
  21. you guys are good! if you wanna see something funny, right click on them and save as your desktop.
  22. Kruzer, Thanks for clearing that up. I do prefer the darker dial and longer indices.
