  1. The date wheel looks great to me as it is, I think really just the rotor, regulator and "H" bridge mods are needed
  2. You can buy the rep here: http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/big-bang-lefty-all-black-full-ceramic-ultimate-edition/ Looks quite accurate to me
  3. I very much doubt it, but why put all that into a cheap, no doubt mineral crystal Omega case? Get a decent case for those parts!
  4. You're welcome HikeUSA! Love your Daytona too Eton, great looking strap
  5. Hehe, The symbol is "Fu" meaning 'prosperity'
  6. I liked it at first, until the Chinese logo started looking like somebody pushing an overloaded shopping trolley! No offence meant
  7. Yep, hopefully the V4 factory produces some more models, they are every bit as good as the massively, massively overpriced V1 factory
  8. Most gen Hublot's I have seen have blue AR, in fact the reps I have seen in some cases have a better, slightly more purple AR than the gen!
  9. Yep, it's a stunning watch, but a "wear indoors only" for the smaller wristed among us
  10. Just received this watch back from Puretime after a repair, they actually didn't repair the watch, they replaced it! Well worth the wait, it took well over two months! This is the full ceramic model, with updated rotor, I think it is too big for me, but I still like it, it feels like a tank on my wrist! Pictures, click to expand: Great finish on this watch, immaculate, can't see even a single spec of dust anywhere under the crystal. I really think a 7.5" wrist is needed for this watch, it is 48mm after all, but quite light due to the ceramic construction, and comfortable too, strangely more so than the 44mm Hublot's I have worn.... Got to say thanks to Puretime, it may have taken a while to get back, but getting the factory to replace the watch is a masterstroke in my book! Comments and observations welcome!
  11. Very nice indeed, both the watch and picture PS: check you PM's
  12. I purchased from her ages ago, got a duff DOA watch, multiple issues and problems, cosmetic and functionality wise. Finally sent it back after a gap in communications, asked for a replacement, due to the multiple issues, and it was agreed to be replaced. In the end I got the same watch back with just the movement issue fixed, so I sold the watch cheaply at a loss to a work colleague.... You win some you lose some I guess
  13. Not my experience with King, found her communication and after sales to be poor, go figure.....
  14. As it was purchased 10-11 months ago, I don't really think it's the dealers responsibility, certainly I have never heard of any dealer offering a 12 month warranty for any product they sell, after all this is not a "standard" purchase..... Plus you are forgetting one important thing, the parts should be very cheap for most reps, so how much is he quoting to fix it? I bet it wont be too much to install a new dial and hands It's nice of him to offer to help at all
  15. I like his one piece crystals from his 2892 range of watches
  16. Man your spoilt with all these top end watches Please could you post some picture/specs of the 7753 based PAM's too? I have always loved them, but never found the right one. My old 188/196 project was a long and drawn out experience, which soured me on the finished watch (as sometimes happens with me)
  17. Great stuff, I had problems with Lello's wheel with an old 188 project, took three or four to get it right, but it was a 7753 based watch, tricky to line up In fact a fully updated ETA7753 based old school PAM might be tempting in a trade for this piece?
  18. Looks good, does it line up OK? Some of his were a little off, but that 21 is spot on!
  19. Thanks very much for sharing, that is one sweet looking watch too! What date wheel is that?
  20. Sounds really sweet, care to share some pictures please? I am torn between head and heart, to sell or keep
  21. Thanks TK471, the DSN crystal was a great fit, perfect in fact, and I like the crispness of the one piece crystal over DSN's other styles, where the cyclops is sometimes a little messy round the edges
  22. How could I forget a lume shot! Here you go, I am slowly getting better at taking these Untouched shots, aside from a crop and re-size...... Cheers!
