how u doing watcher71 ? imo it is a rep just because of the back engraving r not smooth as genuine , but im not really a expert of this style watch but i do know panerais engraving on the movment and on the caseback r much more refined than that one in the pics, hope that helped another example to me is the letter A and I on the first pics caseback , see how sloppy the engraving is , not really smooth kind of grainy

u simply take the tap and screw it in , no drilling necessary , it just basically cleans the threads up so it will fit your new tube, thats all screw it in like a screw , just make sure u r not cross threading them ok
