Rolli's 5218-210 Yellow Dial in Oem Quality and Standard made in switzerland like all our dials Swiss made materials. dial basic material is brass, welded unitas 6497-1 feet indexe cnc miliing polishing , and then fine glass bead blasting complete silver galvanic coating special yellow swiss berlac paint color analyzed, based on genuine picture, with a high end spectral analyzer. paint extreme matt mixed, then on top satin sheen zapon varnish. final thickness of the dial is 1,0 mm 1. indexe print , the berlac black glossy paint frames, 2.) indexe filling by rc tritec zwitzerland, The early tritium color was C3 pigment with resin varnish uv820, same here but in super luminova with super luminosity high grade-A, together mixed with high glossy resin varnish uv820, same with the preV hands. 3.) final lettering and minute marker print with berlac black glossy Note: the strap is a maori tatoo strap !!!!!!!!!! indices material: we developed a tritium simulated high grade super luminova color, 10 years burned out look. rc tritec switzerland analyzed this color and produced it in triple high grade-A super luminova a special color for us. i could buy the original old stock resin varnish UV820 from rc tritec, which was still in stock from 1993 and i could buy the rest stock. the tritium resin varnish uv820 is the original which was used for all tritium mixes , and as protection against the radioactivity. all PreV indices are filled with this mixture by swiss rctritec employee by hand with the stylograph in the typical recessed preV style filling. the preV fgd hands are also filled by rc tritec with a non matched high grade-A tritium simulated super luminova. it is totally wrong what you said, on the dial you see the indexe fillings, which are made with a stylograph ( like a Pen ) by hand with a vacuum pump. the indexe cnc milling contours which are made based on the engineer vector graphic are 100 coorect. on pictures ypou see always the lume material fillings, which can have here and there differences, that's why it could be that the one or other numeral bar looks with lume filling smaller or wider. or shorter or longer. in the internet you see manymny pictures and all have the lume filling differences, because it is made by hand. this recessed filligs is only posssibly by hand. rc tritec is for this the specialist. and i think you have not the long time experience like me to see the clearnes and how it works. you are too young and not with too much experience about this. i make it too long . so Now you were wrong again can sometimes happen better is to learn from its own mistakes regards rolli

physical laws are facts , and no one can say the wrong things. the camera records not alone the opject, it records also all the thinks what happens through the light conditions between object and camera lens. that brings all the unwanted distortions rolli

camera makes a fish eye efect with the shot, in real everything is perfect, i have a gen dial and a high resolution scan, everything is made 1:1. also the background finish, like all oem dials when you come to near with the camera to the object, everything will be larger, note: the camera lens looks like a fish eye, and the result of the picture is the same. for a correct largeness of the object on the picture you need the correct distance from camera to the object. you tells wrong things. study first the camera lense problem before you make this kind of statements, and if you have a bad camera, this problem will be larger. minimum a 50.000 euro hasselblad makes with the correct distance the correct photos. regards rolli

note: all preV, preA or A/B typical case modifications are not included. the typical modifications must be made by the case owner. case must be disassembled in single parts. Note: I'll take it only in single parts !!!!!!!!!!!! crown-guard Lever Pin must be pressed in, remove the sappohire and all gaskets the bezel must be also disessambled. for a pvd oem crown i would recommend to buy a pvd oem crown with double o-ring on the crown neck from davidsen. single parts list, 1.) mid case with screwed crown-guard screws, 2.) bezel 3.) Crown-Guard with pressed in Pin 4.) lever, 5.) 2x long lug-horn screws, or 2 preV double screw bars, that are the single parts. note: make on each single part an owner typical marking on the underside, that we can see which single part belongs to which case and owner !!!!!!!!! note: otherwise after coating we cannot see which part belongs to which case !!!!
