I think service is not the right word. What people do to make the A7750 more reliable is do a graphite treatment. Do a search on that. New movement would be around $100. Getting the movement out of the case is a pain in the a$$.

I took my Slevin and my 3717 to a local watchsmith to perform some mods. He supposedly knows a lot about metals, etc. He told me my 3717 & Slevin cases were not made from real SS. I think he said they were made of base metal or something, and then they added a layer of SS. I could ask him again. Nevertheless, he said that my 3717 bracelet was made from SS. Any thoughts?

You could buy another rep movement and install it. But the portu is hard to take apart, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Damn, I spoke too soon. I though I had a spare link, but I seem to have lost mine. Can someone please help this guy out? I have a pretty big wrist (7.5") and I had to remove two (2) so it would fit properly, so there must be plenty of spare links around. Lets get this done people!
