well, now they are very warm...i you can say it this way.....

So, i got my Denons a week ago.... first impressions were quite horrifying, i have to admit, they were going up and down inbetween too much bass and way too much highs.... but after a few days they are getting better, they start to feel good, and the isolation is excellent, really, i didn't hear the subway. Seems they needed a free run to get warm.... Just listening to one of my favorite songs, Pavements "range life"....sounds great!! i'd say that for the price i payed, 90euro, they are great, but i think their starting price at the beginning was around 170 euro! WAY too much...far better then my last denons, but not worth almost 200 euro.... let's see how long they live....

I'd be happy to pay a little sth, no problem, but i don't feel able to do it myself.... if so, i'd be very thankfull, since this was a gift to somebody else, and i'm quite ashamed that the thing doesn't work right.... let me know....

i woke up this morning and checked? actually, now it's running to fast, and has 1hour plus! Maybe changing the movement is good...could you tell me where i can get one for a good price?

hi, i've got an PO which works fine, but has an very low power reserve. I opened and cleaned the movement a bit, a 21jewels, there was some cuts in the plastic shell of the movement witch withholds the movement, so just plastic that i removed a bit, so now it's clean around the whole thing. But still, the reserve is only a few hours, something about 5-6hours... any help? Easy fix? I'm not an expert....so please keep the words simple... thanks for looking

since i was UNABLE to chose in that range of price...i went for a more basic choice...the denon AH c710...i'll write a little review as soon as i get them....i'll keep you posted! (Anyhow, this discussion was very usefull to me! i'll get the high range next time when they break....and i know they will...thats the rule of the market, things have to break so it keeps the market alive! )
