Has anyone else got the Photosynth app? I love the panoramas you can capture with it. Want to post some up here? Here's one from 3,300' on the northeast flank of McHugh peak, looking over Rabbit lake and North Suicide peak. I hope that saved correctly so you can see it as a rotating panorama. Anyone else?

I went out to cut a tree yesterday, hiked around the mountain and took a breather to snap a couple pictures as I went. It was -13F with gorgeous bluebird skies and not a breath of wind. Here's my "trail" And here's the approach to my favorite climb. Much easier in the summer!

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I screwed up the caseback on my gen 1675 and he offered to fix it for free. It's been MONTHS since then, and I still, umm, haven't got around to sending it to him. *grin* Seriously, he's a great guy and honest as the day is long.

Unfortunately there will not be a "good Sunday" or any other day, for these families, for many many years to come. There will never again be a merry Christmas. My family was victim to a triple homicide and no holiday has been "merry" since then. It tears the heart right out of the season. My prayers go to these poor people on this day.

The next day, a man in Beijing stabbed 22 children and an adult at their school. My prayers go out to those families too.

God have mercy on these poor grieving families.

Upon receipt of these many tens of thousands of watches, I promise (cough) to dig a large bomb shelter into the mountain beside my house, line it with 3 feet of concrete and steel, and make God's Own Steel Blast Door to close it up tight. Then I'll chisel into the stone "The International, Interdimensional, Interspecies Universal RWG Timepiece Repository For All Eternity" and the watches comfortably ensconced within can tick out their own Eternities, though I doubt none will agree. Sound like a good idea? Hey, Noah had animals showing up two by two before the world ended. We can do the same with our watches.

Well folks, the Mayans say the world is ending tomorrow, so........... this is it. It's been fun, and I've had a great time! Couldn't have asked for anything more, except for maybe a few less mosquitos. But overall, two thumbs up. I'd bequeath all my watches to the first moron RWGer that can get here to claim them, but we won't be here to claim them.
