be warned of the possible reliability problems with that Daytona. It has extra gears added to the base movement so that the seconds run at 6 - the added load decreases the life of the movement quite a bit. Dealer is excellent Before you pull the trigger maybe spend a little more time looking around and researching.

Great story, and i applaud your tact in the situation. I think along the same lines - don't call it out unless the guy is a douchnozzle. On a recent trip to boston i was sitting in a bar at the airport and the bartender was talking to a guy about his Breitling. The guy took it off and the bartender looked at it for a few seconds, then handed it back without saying anything. I could see the cheapness of the bracelet from where I was sitting - all the while wearing my Breitling GT from eddie - and knew that it was a bad rep. The bartender later noticed my GT and nodded with a kind of knowing glance as if he knew that the guy had a fake and mine was real! I got a kick out of that and never uttered a word to the bartender or the other guy.

From what you've done already, I'd make use of the warranty and have it replaced. Swapping a motherboard on a laptop isn't quite as easy as doing it on a desktop - plus they'll do it for free. Also, i'd make sure you back up any data you have on that puppy before sending it off. Good luck.

I haven't gotten around to buying one yet (on my list though) but my choice is the orange bezel.

I've hooked a friend on reps and he ordered an orange bezel PO 45mm from josh and is looking for a black leather strap with orange stitching. I've been hunting around but I can't find anything - the best i've found out is that a 24mm strap will fit between the lugs. Thanks

I saw them all on eps 3 and 4 last night. Curtis was wearing one that was quite visible near the end of ep 4. I've already deleted them from my tivo so i can't go back and search, sorry.

I didn't get close in shots, but I could see at least 3 people wearing rubber strap Pams on 24 tonight (watched both 2 hour broadcasts in one sitting) One of the CTU field agents was wearing one too...wonder how much those guys get paid eh? LOL

oh i know what you're talking about. Did you check to see if the code is case-sensitive? Otherwise I'm not sure what to tell you. I've had problems with those things before, if you keep refreshing the page it'll generate new codes..maybe another code will work.
