  1. @ Edge - I am with you. I have no ties, and my voice isn't as strong as most, but I am with ya...
  2. "Replica Watches group is a website dedicated to provide you with the most reliable information available about replica watches. We provide information on every aspect of replica watches, from detailed analysis of the movements inside the replicas to the best info available on the websites and dealers that provide replica watches. To make sure we provide unbiased info, all the info you will get is provided from the good and bad experiences by our 4000+ members forum. A buyer must understand that there is NO grading system for replicas, thus don
  3. Looks like this one might be dead, hehehe But I'm going to bring it back! I hunt coyotes, often bigger than that dog, and 16 shots is WAY excessive. I've been on some Wile E. Coyotes that fought like sons of bitches(heheh) - (one ran for 4 miles with 3 legs) but it only takes one well aimed shot to kill anything and you should expect more from your officers.
  4. Oh yeah, and if anyone decides they want some of those star rivets just let me know - they only sell them in gross
  5. @ken- Translate to :"Haven't you heard all cheerleaders want to sleep with the hookers." ...wait a minute
  6. Seriously though, I have a bunch of leather left and would be happy to make another. Though it wouldn't be embossed. And I don't have any more studs so it would have to accept a buckle I guess. But I gaurantee it would smell like your grandma's attic! Just like mine!
  7. Ya, hell sign me up. Perhaps I can put it next to the cyclops I agreed to buy from chief just because I like the thought of Group Buys and appreciate people organizing them but don't have the slightest idea what do with since I don't have any watches that utilize the part I'm paying for. I look forward to it!
  8. Ahh, You're just saying that because I told you I'ld buy one of your silly lenses
  9. I've avoided the asian 7750 up to this point but will soon buy one I am sure. So without touching on the quality of the movement, I fail to see what a "boycott" would accomplish? I can hear it now, "Let them eat cake" Just as we have no recourse for "shoddy" service with some dealers, we have little say in the watches that come our way - there will always be an Oliver Twist begging for more. Just look at the group buys as soon as a new watch is launched, the the inevitable round of complaining when the QC isn't high enough. Last time I checked the group buys still fill up fast *Edit - Sorry for the allusions. I didn't mean to sound so... ...annoying
  10. I ordered some kung pao chicken two hours ago and I haven't seen or heard anything since?!? What gives? Now he's got my $12.50, and I've got no kung pao
  11. Now we're talking! I can't say it better than the seller himself "would i look good wearing this watch ? well would you ? .yes even a muppet would look good wearing this watch"
  12. I didn't order one, and to be honest I don't need one - seeing as I don't own a Panerai with a cyclops. But I might one day! I would be happy to take the place of a no show, if you would like. Maybe it'll inspire me to buy a new watch!
  13. Its been more than a week now and its held up beautifully, I wore it to gym today and had no issues whatsoever. The leather has taken some time to loosen up but with constant wear it has as soft and maleable as any strap I've ever worn. For the copper stitching I punched holes on each side and then ran 3 cm of copper wire through. Then I just twisted and folded the wire down. The sharp points of the cut wire help to hold the stay in place so it won't slide around. Sorry if that's confusing, I really should of took pictures of that. Once I got going I didn't want to stop to take pics though There are constantly leather bits from WWII on ebay, ammo straps, pouches, belts, war ration envelopes. I was amazed at how much surplus can be had for a few bucks.
  14. I sent an e-mail to Bryan with all of the above questions and will report as soon as I hear back
  15. I'm going to guess... TiZrN. I'll ask
  16. I appreciate all the feedback guys, I have a feeling I am going to learc alot about PVD by the end of this thing! I will be certain to find out exactly what needs to be done to prep all the items.
  17. Here is a link to the Brochure for the company. At this point you guys know as much as I do. @RBJ - I really appreciate your input, I know that you have some experience with this. I am looking to see if we can get together the $500.00 order together, and I will be in contact with Brian tomorrow. I'll have to get an idea of which coating we would prefer, and then we can determine the thickness. ... and I would LOVE a pvd movement http://www.pvdcoatings.net/PvdBrochure.pdf
  18. So I was looking into have my Fiddy Pvd'd and I came across a company in California. I contacted the representative and this is what he said "Mike, Our minimum order is $500.00 I have avoided doing work for the general public because of liability! If I deal with a manufacturer and I get 100's of each part......if we lose a part it's not a big deal. However, someone like yourself sends me a "High End Watch" worth several thousand dollars I get concerned with the possibility of a lost or damaged part. Also we are not jewelers so we cannot dis assemble or rebuild the watch assembly.....it has to arrive clean and dis assembled.......... We always strive to do quality work and not lose parts....but this is an engineering process carried out in a vacuum system 5 feet in diameter and 8 foot tall!! If you have any ideas or feed back from other PVD suppliers...let me know?? Thanks, Brian" So here we are. I assured him we would do all the watch stuff and told him I would get back to him if there was enough interest. $500.00 isn't a ton so this may be a good chance to get something PVD'd. If you are interested in this, please post. I think 25 is a good number, that would be $20.00 per watch Admin's please feel free to move this if you find it necessary -Physh
  19. I thought Andrew was advertising the best BCE with numeral markers in the dealer section... Not so?
  20. I agree entirely with Stephane... if this was a once time purchase and you want it to last as long as possible, then I would avoid water contact. On the other hand, if you're like me and prefer your things to look like they were hit by a truck, then swim away. So you know, my Yachtmaster that I bought from a 'scam site' has held up wonderfully - including snorkerling to 15 feet or so. Just my two bits Edit* Oh, and I think RBJ does water proofing - though I have no experience with him so I can't say one way or the other
  21. "4 asia7750 movements so far & all with problems. I've stopped buying them & will only now go for hand winds. I'm totally fed up with sh*te watches. Look out for my sales in the next week or few." Are you trying to get us psyched to buy your sh*te watches?! I love it!
  22. Ya, I was starting to get that feeling. I've never looked in to Tags before, but it appears this ones gen. I guess I figured Tag would have atleast bothered to Gold plate the underside of the bracelet or the case back Not exactly what I think of when one says Two Tone...
