  1. my collector informed me today that the maker of the 3717-2 Spitfire .. white dial... that i got was not the finished product.. the crystal is supposed to be double AR.. that being said, my collector will send me the new case set once the maker has completed the final product :D my collector was erroneously advised that the final product was done.

so as far as I'm concerned it is a win-win situatiopn.. i don't mind wearing it until the new case set arrives..

so please be advised that it was the makers error and not my collector.. or yours..

Woo! U mention about new version with double AR? May I ask where did u got these nice piece. I consider to get it too!

    Best Regards,

    Raymond

  2. There is no rep 3717 with a pvd coating.

    Dear Friend:

I recommend you to check out Puretime (Angus) in dealer session. U should found something interesting......

    However; it's not a "Pure-Blood 3717" I think it's New TopGUN version without the double-Chrono function.....

    Best regards,

    Raymond

  3. Dear Dante (Devil May Cry....):

1.) Your 111H is equiped with a OLD-chinese 6479 Movement without the swanneck regulator. I could only tell u it's good or not only u could take a shot close to the "Balance Wheel"

2.) If u want to wind your movement. 1st pull the CG-Level down/Unlock ----> Turn your crown clockwise ----> For Chinese Movement; it may take 80~100 round to fully wind, don't worry to break your mainspring when u wind. It's because u will feel a tension very easy when it fully winded. It should last not less than 48hours for 6479 movement.

3.) Pull out the crown only when u going to adjust the time; it won't wind when u pull your crown out.

4.) From your photos; I guess your PAM is a standard rep only. The flaws I found in your photos: 1.) recessed cannon-pin 2.) CG pin not flushed 3.) "L Swiss Made L" too close to "6" 4.) The blue engravement of " Offinice Panerai" on movement are to big 5.) No Swanneck Dagger regulator on the movement.

You can also compare my 111h from DSN. Links is under my signature.

    Hope this could help!

    Best Regards,

    Raymond

  4. I had received my MBW AP Royal Oak Offshore ETA7750 on Monday. After removed all the links; it still too big & loose on my FXXKing wrist....It really make me angry! Yesterday, I got a pair of Carbon-Fiber strap to replace the SS Bracklet; But the quality not good at all. And then I place another order on "AP-Band" lastnight; Let's hope it'll work out for me....

    FRIDAY AND SATURDAY

I have a sweet tooth for Manifatture Firenze straps. When I saw this Python strap they were offering, which is an one-of-a-kind, never-to-be-repeated Prototype, I HAD to have it. HAD TO. Like men HAVE to have some women, you know? ;)

    mfpythonsubwv6.jpg

I've thrown all my 44mm PAMs at it, from PAM 111 to PAM 177 and they all play. GORGEOUS!

Remember what I just said about gold-leaf tattiness, the Over-The-Top Brunei Royal Family, and how much I prefer the Queen's understated ways? Fugehdaboudit!!

@By-Tor: Yeah, I noticed you were here very seldomly recently. Puggy too, but he's out handing his CVs.

@Mark Eleven: Nice! And what is your country's holiday, if I may ask?

@ALL: Wow, 4 Rolexes in a row. Care to make it a Rollie Weekend? ;)

@TWP: Thanks so much. No brownie nails for me. They look rank on me. Autumn leaves, what's that? Actually, I have some friends up in North Carolina who are experiencing their first real autumn ever. And my boyfriend said that it was actually cold in Toronto yesterday...so autumn has truly sprung.

@TWP again: BTW, I've always been meaning to tell you that the 203, especially with your leather jacket, and the Fiddy, are my fave Wristies of yours. You look HAWT.

    Hello V:

You make me scare ...You really make me scare...Why? I'm afraid of "Snake".....Can't imagine how can I "Wear" a snake on your wrist.....Ar...Ar...

    Best Regards,

    Raymond

  7. Dear All:

I had received two pairs of leather-straps from DSN. Thx for DSN give me a surprise for a pair is free of charge!

IMHO, the quality of leather straps are really good. New leather-strap in croco style & much thinner than the normal Bufflo or Plain Calf style. They're soft & comformable & surprisely fit for my thinny wrist without punching extra hole on it.

For the Panerai style deployant buckle; they're highly polished & the quality is OK (Not good at all). Also, they have got two problems:

1.) the release button no work perfectly; the buckle doesn't unlock (Pop-Out) when you press the button supposingly.

2.) the button edge are not well polished & quite sharp. It really painful when I wearing it. As a result; I heavily sand down both edge of bottons. After that; no more hurt & pain anymore.

  8. Dear Buddies:

I have been lay low for quite a moment; Why? Because I'm goto make a serious decision on my rep journey.....After collecting different type, brand on watches. I found myself keep step forward on my requirment; I want better & better & better....

MBW alway be a legendary, Mystery & interesting rep. Many members said they're the best on quality, overall finish & the closest to Gen. However, We couldn't found too many informations, review or trusty source to get them. After a long hurt; source finally came across me. I read all the post on RWG,TRC,RWI about this watch & make a comparson with the china one.

This is the one I'm ready to pull the trigger: MBW AP Royal Oak Offshore Black dial. The most important thing is : I'll go for the 25J ETA7750 movement (As all we knew MBW only use old A7750 21.6k movement ---> not a reliable movement in my experience). Here I show u the photos by my dealer; stay tune I'll post a full review & photos after I got it!

    Best Regards,

    Raymond
