I live with my girlfriend in a nice apartment in the suburbs. We work hard and receive no spoiled handout's from our families.
I drive and pay for my '04 (bought brand new) Nissan SE-R SpecV. I've got a couple thousand dollars in NISMO upgrades (I/H/E/MM etc..). I love cars but its too expensive for me to build what I want right now. I downgraded to a less costly hobby!
Oh yeah! "Car" is more deadly than "Watch". So, Like MC-Hammer said "U can't Touch this!!!"

Dear Buddy:
I spend quite a long time to let my wife to understand my hobby (This's my momentum & a place to relax myself after a whole day work). Right now; she seems to be agree my hobby but absolutely not support. However from my point of view; this's your hobby your interest. You no need to get all the people to agree/support with. Also; I never told my friends, even my relative (except my mom & brother) all my watches are reps. "Replica=Fake=counterfeit" most of the people will give a negative thought about it.
That's why we love RWG; we're all here to share & enjoy our same hobby. Don't upset! stay with us! We're family!
Best regards,
Raymond

sheesh you used too much :X seriously, lol it shouldn't be seen.. hmm i'll take a few pics of mine on my wrist to show you..
basically the main padding you'll need to place it on is the METAL RIDGE part of the buckle...
just a tiny strip will make a world of difference and you won't see it once you put the watch on
TomRiddle:
Thx for your comment! Yep, I also think I use too dawn much ; I just cut it in a tiny piece & re-work again. Now It's not noticeable anymore. Photos will take on tomorrow; right now is too dark at night.
P.S : Surprisely, when I remove the self-adhesive strip which done at first time. I found that they are stick very very tight on the surface!!

Raymond

Fantastic watch you have there!
Hope you don't mind me asking, but is it impossible to swap the DDW and have it align perfectly?
In my case; not at all. It's the day-wheel gear issue(Not problem) on A7750. However, don't worry about it; just a little bit off.

Very clever Raymond, also very obtrusive. I am sorry to hear that the clasp is giving you problems. I can see that if you have the watch on too tight it might, but mine I wear just a little loose and it is not an issue at all. There are two little edges along the inside butterfly clasp the protrude too far past the buckle housing, and that is what is causing the discomfort. Try it a bit less tight and see what you think.
Thx Buddy! Before I figure out the captioned fix for my HBB, I had already tried to fasten back one hole. However; it's too loose for me . Because my wrist only got 15.3mm (Skinny...). Right now, using the foam pillo not only fix the buckle problem & also make my watch fit & stick on my wrist!

Raymond

I have only two words for u : "OH YEAH"

Dear All:
Most of the members who bought HBB had suffer from the un-comfortable deployant buckle. I found a easy way to fix these annoying problem & will let us to enjoy our HBB in NO-PAIN!!!
1.) Bought a pack of "Scholl" Air-Pillo comfort Half Insoles USD$5.00 :
2.) Package include one pair of Insoles + one self-adhesive strip:
3.) Cut the insole into appropriate size as you want:
4.) Peel off self-adhesive strip & stick on the FOAM side, and then place it on your HBB deployant buckle:
5.) Fix completed; See? the deployant-Buckle no longer touch my wrist
6.) wear your HBB in good health,Life is good!!!

This is an awesome idea, Raymond! I was thinking of posting a review of the Steinhausen I received from my boyfriend, for my birthday this August.
Not as nice as yours, but it'll do for a start.
More pics later!
Thx V! Looking forward your review of Steinhausen

It's a very modded 7750, much like our Asian 7753 copies.

Hublot claim they provide in-house "HUB 44" movement. However; compare the photo from their site about Rep VS Gen. I don't think it's In-house movement but ETA7750 re-decorate with Tungsten Rotor......
White Lie from Gen.........

whoops...dial on PP seems a little bit off to left side.....

That was the post which convinced me to get (1) a PAM 113 (2) later, a Davidsen watch. So goes to show, you never know who you will influence when you post, no matter how insignificant you may think it is.
Raymond, also, coincidentally I was reading an OLD thread when you mentioned that your wife asked you not to buy more reps, giving you some kind of time limit not to do so. I think you mentioned you bought three Rolexes, so she declared a moratorium.
I noticed you bought in quick succession the HBB and DSN PAM 113. NOT CHEAP WATCHES, these! I'm glad to see she changed her mind.
Hi V! Yeah, I said that in my previous post before. That why I sold all my Rolex collection before I got "IWC3717"+"PAM 113"+"UPO"+"Black Magic" in last 2 months. Also; I lie about the actual price about my new reps of course.........
I spend a lot of time to discuss with my wife about this hobby. Although she still not "support/agree" but she already change from "Not allow". Well I must control & behave myself for sure!
Best Regards,
Raymond

Hi Raymond,
I read so many bad reviews about this rep that your pictures, showing a missing screw, confort me in wondering how they (collectors) ask for that kind of price.
It's insane and I sincerely hope you'll have yours fix 100%.
The most important in this hobby though is ...PLEASURE.
So, if you enjoy wearing that watch, be very very happy and don't let your self be worried about details.
Cheers
Stephane
Dear Stepane:
Thx for your reply & comment! I'm very happy of my Black Magic. It's the most expensive one I got & some minor problem I need to fix (As usual....). However; it doesn't bother me a bit. I agree with u 200% "The most important in this hobby though is ...PLEASURE." This one is the second best rep I even have (The first was my DSN PAM 113 white dial).
Best Regards,
Raymond

Congrats, it is a gorgeous watch, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Angus will send you some extra screws and a screwdriver I am sure. It is a good idea to tighten all of them from time to time. The genuine version has some issues with screws coming out simply because there are so many. Again, enjoy your new beauty, it is awesome!
Thx a lot for your comment. But one thing I'm not agree with u..... It's not a beauty; It's a Beast!! Hear me roar..Arr..arr
Best Regards,
Raymond

hublot made a smaller version, which is 41mm and has the running seconds at 3. i was not trying to say anything bad about your watch my friend...i think it looks great, but i just wanted say that the gen does in fact have the polished bezel. hublot makes alot of different versions so there might be a brushed bezel as well. again, yours looks great..congrats.
Thx for your update buddy! "Brushed' or "Polished" doesn't bother me one bit. Because only 2 AD in HongKong carry "Hublot". Also; there're few people familiar with "Hublot" and I don't think anyone could call me out ever it's wrong.

Raymond
