    Yes! the day-date fonts of 21.6k version are much better than 28.8k. I still don't understand why.....

    BTW; What is the thickness of 3717 sapphire crystal? Some members complain they're thin.

    got the brown alligator w/matching stiching... the kevlar w/white stiching and the brown buffalo w/white stiching

    i got 5 alligator straps before so kurt gives me a really great price on the rest of my straps ... where did you get your Date Wheel.. is it just the genuine ETA DW??

  5. New begin of this Week, Wristcheck!

    Dear All:

    Such a beautiful day I'm so happy, Why? Because of 2 things:

    1.) 4 days ago; I hurt my left leg seriously by broken glass. The wound very deep & made me lay on the bed 4 days...It's painful & I couldn't walk around my house even goto toilet........ Today, I got much better & could go out for a walk with my wife! :p

    2.)I just pull the trigger on my next target: Mr.Davidsen Panerai Ultimate 111H. After a long research + study; I decided to grab my 2 PAM rep! After I recieve; I will take so photos & review on it as usual. Stay Tune!

    To spend my lovely Monsday & before my new PAM arrive; I decide to stay with my lovely UPO from Angus until this Wed:

    Not the SS bracelet, since (1) I remembered one was on its way. (2) Nhuh-uh! I only have one and I'm not giving that up even for His Royal Sweetness! ;)

    Browns it is. I have LOTS of those too. Very few blacks...

    EDIT: TeeJay, I will send this off the moment I look presentable and not like some freakshow attraction...seriously, I'm vain. ;( Hopefully, by Monday!

    Hmm....I alway want a pair of rubber strap for my PAM. But I'm not sure they're fit for me as I just got 15.3mm skinny wrist.

    Also; where can I get a deployant? How much will it cost? And what's the width of deployant 20mm/22mm/24mm?

    Last week, I found many peoples (included 2 ladies) wearing their Panerai keep showup in front of me. After that; my head keep telling me ..... "I need a black panerai" . As one of my target "IWC Conteaus Diver 2007" released; I need to choose whether I should get "IWC" or "Panerai". :g: (Painfully..Not Both)

    BTW; any recommedation? I want a black one, Superlumed, Sandwich Dial, SS or Titainum. Beside DSN 111H; any model I should go for?

    You make a very good point about selling it whole for alot of $, doesnt make sense to just sell the movt and dial, unless its stolen or fell off the back of a truck or somthin like that...You guys rock, saved me a couple hundred bucks , thanks guys!!!! however, altho its hard to tell from those crappy pics, the dial looks to be gen- at least the subdial spacing looks right...but if it has a fake movt that its gota have a fake dial

    Even the scammer photo are crap; but only saw the rotor. U'll notice the huge difference. :o

    Dear Folk:

    No! I don't think the movement or the dial will fit your andrew's Daytona. The Rep Daytona case is much thicker than the Gen one; do some search of daytona information in forum u will know.

    Also; I have a Gen Daytona movement photo attached for your reference.

    I don't believe anyone will going to sell a serprate movement to u as they could sold their daytona in a very good price.

    RT was the first to confirm that Jay's VC Overseas indeed has the eta 2824 movt inside... I personally have the white dial one (before Jay did the double ar coating) and I can also confirm that mine contains the 2824 movt too... ;) Fyi, Jay's profit margins are lower than the rest... ^_^

    I don't mind our dealers get their reasonable profit; but I do mind they're not honest.....

    I always trust my dealer give me the best deal; I won't going to bargain anymore. All I need: send me what I paid for.

    Beautiful. I'm a huge fan of the GMT, and I'm planning to get the gen as well. Maybe for the next Xmas. :)

    U re always the best & expert! :tu: Yes, it's my GEN GMT Master II. As u say; the day-font on GMT is a little bit smaller than Submariner.

    First, I do counsel you to get the DSN 111h as your first PAM. It's just so versatile, you'll love it.

    Second, I hate when I post a question, and people answer with everything but what I asked. Oddly, this is what I am about to do now. :)

    EDIT: Oops, thought you were targetting Davidsen's 111 specifically. May I just say, TWP's 217 is perhaps my favourite non-DSN PAM. It's beautiful -- and that's the Asian version! Do consider him, too, if you go Fiddy.

    Oh! Panerai Fiddy.....It alway on my "Wish-List". However; 47mm is absolutely too big for my wrist! I wish u all wear it well & good health! :p
