I love these old MBWs and I was the guy who asked every 2 weeks to do it with the old (EoD) case. After some months I got the OK from MBW to do a very small batch with the old-case and the wonderful dial....this was 3 years ago! Now I have the blue/grey dial with the new and the old case....wonderful and best dials ever made. Cheers Theo P.S.: sorry for the bad pic

I had the previous T3 in ss and the sec@9 Shaq. Both cool watches, the size of the T3 was off, the Shaq was OK in size. What bothered me the most.....the crystals. Both watches come with lupe-like crystals.....I had the gen on my wrist last year 8the T3 of a friend) and it look horror, the gen has the same lense effect on the crystal as the rep, and I hate that. The newly released Titanium T3 is tempting, but the price is far away from just "trying" the watch out. Cheers Theo

Its not that hard to wait.....the ever so done announcements of release makes it a pain! But I love keeping this thread alive until we scream "RELEASE!!!!" Theo

QUESTION: are 2 chineese weeks longer than 5 Hawaiian minutes? Theo

But I am honest to myself.....IF they release the watch I will deffo buy it! I will only take some days longer to study the pics. For now I put it this way: "the factory takes way longer cause they are doing the PloProf 100% at first try!" (note to myself: believe what you like to think!) Theo

The bezels are interchangable. But the model you wanna do will not work....the Monte Napoleone has got a green dial, the pic you show is a very bad lightning. So better you look out for another model...cheers Theo

Haha, I like that scenario. Theo

Dealer stated on 03/08/2010: As for the ploprof.. Should be end this month.. Dealer stated on 03/30/2010: Should be ready mid next month. Dealer stated on 04/16/2010: It does not help if you ask every 2 weeks for the ploprof, won

Looks great....but would look even better if you put a gen AP Safari hornback on it....I am thinking about selling genuine hornback. Theo

Its an HOBLOT King Power Theo

Easy....just secure the screw with a tiny bit of glue (dip the screw-head in glue before screwing back)....I always use a paper glue, works fine and you can loosen the screws again easely but prevent everything from getting lost. Theo

This is also gray, but a much darker color than the dial itself. The silver Themes has got the correct number color....anthrazit. Anyway, I got the message from my dealer that the factory will never adjust this flaw! Theo

The PloProf is cult....its history and its a designed chunk to dive. The watch smells like 70ies, long curly hair and and tight bell-bottoms. The design is unique and we will see a bigger hype in the coming years....some 10 years ago I was laught at when I had my Panerai on, in 1999 when I bought my first Panny the people stared at it and wondered how someone can wear such a huge monster-watch and why it is sooo big but only tells the time....now you see what we have with OP This watch is just another simple watch but has a huge appearance. If the price is right and the quality excellent....I will pull the trigger for it. Theo

Oha....I heard that message several times before.....now I am more relaxed. But I promissed myself to wait with my purchase and have a real close look at the dealers pics. Theo

WOW WOW WOW....this one looks gorgeous...I love the dial and the pushers. As the movement is just a simple chrono (allthough the new Hublot inhouse) it should be easy to replicate from just the pics. If the factories do that, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Theo

Open warning for all sec@12 ROO lovers

Congrats on your efforts, looks way better in darkness now. Unfortunately the numbers are still too much of the dial color...they should be darker, more a matte black....I asked my dealer to speak to the factory to re-do the numbers/dials as the actual numbers are too grey....he will ask them for an upgrade. I was waiting for soo long for this special ROO.....now that the factory screwed the numbers-color I need to wait much longer me thinks. Theo

Dealer had that for some weeks now.....only the strap was now updated. Looks way better now. Theo

WOW, a very stunning result. The blue dial is my favourite ROO dial of all times. I do not understand why the factories don

The new Silver Themes is stainless steel and the new Gray Themes is all Titanium! Theo

Mmmh, I looked on the this watch and the dial several times now and still I am not sure if I shot pull the trigger for this one. Unless Angus is not posting some better pics of the dial (he needs to list this watch anyway, not yet there)....than I need to decide. I would love to buy it.... Theo

You might ask Andrew as well....he should be able to get you the right strap as this GSTAAD is supposed to have this strap. Theo
-
WOW...looks great. But can you please post a picture with the ROO on the F1 strap? The strap shown is the Las Vegas LE strap....the F1 should be calf with double red stitch and those air-holes like the RB2 strap. Enjoy it .... I told Joshua and Angus looong ago that they will be able to so this watch nicely cause they had all the parts. Really tempting.... Theo

A beauty thats for sure....but why the heck are they doing it in stainless steel? The factories did several models in Titanium now, they only need o add a titanium bezel, is that so hard to realise? Anyway, I think I am going with the strap version. Theo
