I finally got the same cheap 111H but with sapphire crytal installed, and indeed, it has light AR (coated on the inside)...

My 1st gen Arktos (with the asian auto movt) also suffers from this "rainbow" effect... and after reading what sssurfer mentioned (which I think is the most logical explanation), I think I'm gonna have to live with this...
