Why cant they get the logo right?
Probably because they got it wrong from the get go, and now it would cost them too much to fix the mold.

Looks great! You just need to AR that main crystal and cyclops!
Does the gen have AR coating?
-
Looks good on ya!

I'm really trying to figure this one out, guys. Anyone help me out?
-
For $400, as much as I want one, it's probably worth waiting for v3..
I also heard something about a gap in the caseback? Not sure about this, but if true that could be a real deal killer.

@ PPN
It dries virtually instantly, once its dry it is totally permanent too, you can get it wet and wash it etc.
As for the quality of the watch, it is totally stunning. I can’t stop looking at mine. feels very gen.
The weight look and feel are all amazing.
Even down to things like the way the stopwatch resets and the feel of the buttons are all very good.
With an OEM or real hornback strap it would easily pass as a gen to 99.9999999% of people. Basically I think unless the person that is looking at it is a member of RWG (AND an AP fan) they wont be able to tell. The chance of meeting someone like that is 1 in a billion.
Even if you met someone with a gen AP they wouldn’t necessarily know about the date wheel or offset crown. Think about it, why the hell would someone that could afford a 20 grand watch care about how to spot a fake?!! An AP isn’t the sort of thing you buy down the market!!
Just my two pounds

Well, I don't know about 1 in a billion, but I get your point.

Been interested in getting a Breitling recently, but it'd be my first. I really like the look of the Navitimer and the Skyland Avenger both. I read the reviews here on the forum, and it seems both are replicated pretty well.
Which do you think is the more iconic model to the brand?
Are both repped accurately? Any major flaws I should look out for?
Thanks.
-
Very, very helpful. Thanks!
-
Great reviews, and incredibly helpful - thanks!
-
no one is accurate, a pitty...
Truly a pity.
-
Does anyone know where I could find an accurate replica of this iconic watch?
Thanks.

Ti inner core and SS case.
Thanks.
Is that true for both the ceramic bezel and SS bezel versions?
-
Very nice looking, congratulations!
I'm a little confused why the back says "titanium" and "stainless steel"?
-
Very nice!
Why does it say "titanium" on the caseback?
-
Excellent excellent review. The watch looks great. I wonder how it compares to the gen?
-
Very nice, congratulations.
Is there supposed to be "Titanium" and "Stainless Steel" printed on the caseback?
(like this one)

Hey guys, I was recently impressed by some of the Big Bang replicas on the forum. I was thinking about picking one up myself. Anyone can suggest a good dealer?
I was particularly interested in the SS bezel and case models, either either with the silver or red second hand. Were either of these replicated accurately?
Thanks.

Real beauties, great collection!
-
Great pictures - I especially like the shots with the AR blue hue.
Does anyone know if the quality of this BB SS has been updated/improved since 2007?
-
Great collection, especially that Speedy!

Just wanted to give an update with my communications with Mary. To her credit she did offer a refund but I really didn't want to send the watch back, so after some negotiation she agreed to send me a new braclet and a new bezel and refund $25, which I though was a very fair and proper thing to do. Hats off to Mary!!
I think that's about as happy an ending anyone can ask for.

Here are pics that shows the blue hue on the AR on the Noob.
Remember, this is barely noticeable in real life.
Great clear shots, this really helps, thanks.

Very nice!
