  3. An English man stopped at a local restaurant following a day roaming around in Andalucía. While sipping his Cervesa, he noticed a sizzling, scrumptious looking platter being served at the next table. Not only did it look good, the smell was wonderful. He asked the waiter, 'What is that you just served?' The waiter replied, 'Ah senor, you have excellent taste! Those are called Cojones de Toro, bull's testicles, from the bull fight this morning. A delicacy!' The man said, 'What the heck, bring me an order.' The waiter replied, 'I am so sorry senor. There is only one serving per day because there is only one bull fight each morning. If you come early and place your order, we will be sure to save you this delicacy.' The next morning, the man returned, placed his order, and that evening was served the one and only special delicacy of the day. After a few bites, inspecting his platter, he called to the waiter and said, 'These are delicious, but they are much, much smaller than the ones I saw you serve yesterday.' The waiter shrugged his shoulders and replied, 'Si, Senor, sometimes the bull wins.’
  4. Looks nice, but it looks like you over sharpen it a bit, imho!
  5. If I understand it correctly, you just need to replace the broken ceramic INSERT, right? Koz there's no way you could break the SS bezel! It's really very easy, use a Paint and Varnish stripper, apply it around the top of the broken ceramic, but more on the part where it chipped or broke, let it soak for a bit....then use a flat screw driver and slowly peel it off. After you're done, clean up the bezel real good, make sure there's no left over glue or debris.......blow dry it a bit! Now apply a dab of Gorilla glue around the perimeter of the bezel ( do not put too much), just a smidgin.....or else you'll glue the bezel to the case, let it stand for a minute or two, now press in place the new Ceramic bezel and move it around slowly to spread the glue, align the 60 sec marker, and let it settle and dry for a whole day! If you have a 30mm crystal press disc, put it on top and put like 1lb weight that you could balance well. You're good to go in a day. These what I did with mine and it worked great!
