I like to use a small 1mm screw driver & gently pry it out . dont forget to 1st cover the end link with some kind of rubber to avoid scratching the stainless steel .. good luck ..

AS FOR the latch i have nothing else to compare it too its my 1st pam .. its a hell of a watch for that price ! i love my 090 the seagull movement is solid ! & once you properly regulate it , it runs beautifully good luck !!

clock wise + counter clock wise - just slightly push the arm either way .. it moves very easily so be gentle or youll over shoot it ! good luck

hey guys thanx for helping me figure out how to regulate this type of asian movement .. when i 1st recieved my 090 from pual it was running approx 15+ .. after getting HELP from The Zigmeister & other forum members i was able to get it down to 3-5+ im sure i can get it a lil closer to 2-3 + - just waiting for the movement to settle .. here is a pic to show you the movement & how to regulated ..

the red had no lume .. once i removed the red paint only then it had some lume ..

i dont know why r@lex didnt offer this colo combo sub .. i think it looks kinds cool ! & different from your day to day black on black sub .. p.s. i bought this bezel insert from the bay ! it came with a red color pearl wich i didnt like so i removed the red color with nail polish remover
