Well he sold 2 watches to someone who was not pleased with the results. Don't we all . yeah, she told me she had sent them an email last Wed and still has yet to hear back from them. I guess I can get the blue and if Ryaku doesnt like the black, maybe we can trade. What do you say Ryaku

Isn't that true when you purchase anything? If you do some searches, you will see how some members would receive watches from our trusted dealers not in the best condition or with issues. Some dealers do Q/C, others don't. That's a gamble. And ordering one through ShowWatch (whatever his name is) isn't a gamble? So far, Angela has responded to my emails. She has offered some of the best customer service to me in all fairness. I don't know her nor do I have anything to gain singing her praises. I tell it like it is. Because these watches should no longer be in existence from what I know. These were around a couple of years ago. Keep in mind - you know where these watches come from right? Big country

Thanks China. Are you requesting a refund too? She offered me one if she cannot get the black one or instead of a refund, she'll get me the blue one. Damn, really like the black one to be honest, but since I have my GMT, the dials GMT and the SMP 2254 are very similiar. So, can't have enough blue faced watches in one's collection

For someone who got their sellers mixed up, nor having not purchased from either sellers, I don't think you can call Angela a scammer. From you posts on his listing, you made him out to be a scammer. Angela has offered me as well as others refunds. How is that being a scammer ? And who to say this guy even has the watch? Just because he says so? He could be no different than those horrible repsites who post pics of watches, usually gens, and deliver something else. Read his listing where a buyer just found out that the watches may be off. That doesn't say too much for his credibility. I'd rather deal with Angela because she's quicker to respond and deal with. Remember, this watch shouldn't be around, but somehow, a few do remain. If we can get em, great, if not, we can always buy the gen, right?

We did. This guy is just another person on Ioffer supposedly offering the same watch, however, today, it says no longer available.

No, our trusted dealers has the ETA version with the correct hand lengths. The SMPs on Ioffer has the correct raised HE valve like the gen, which is very hard to source. These were known as the closed factory SMPs from years past. As far as I know, everyone who has received their watches ordered from Angela, not this guy. Those who ordered the blue ones got the exact same watch as shown in the pics. Those who order the black, well, that's a different story. A few received the correct watch (I think Ryaku only issue was scratches on the bezel and insert) whereas many of us received the incorrect watch. We sent our watches back to Angela who is returning them. She is supposed to find out whether or not she can still get the correct black ones. If not, then she will offer a refund or swap it with the blue ones. As for Showatch/Wayman (don't know his name), his offer last night showed that he had 1 available, which looked like it was sold, but it looked like he was still taking orders. Today, when you use that link, it says that black one is no longer available. Im a little skeptic to deal with him at this time. BTW - I just went to the Ioffer site where you basically said how could he have sold us incorrect watches and you posted a pic - he was not the one who sold the watches. You got your sellers mixed up.

I read the thread on Ioffer where someone told you about this site. Welcome. FYI - Omega does make a blue version of this watch and the rep version is very close.

Marrick- Ill let you know how it turns out. I sent the black one back to her because it was awful. If she cannot get the black one from her suppliers, she is sending me a blue one, which is supposed to be the same as everyone elses. Beleive it or not - my first rep came from Ioffer and it was this watch - the black version 2254. The only issue/flaw it had was that the datewheel was white instead of black. I had no clue about watches and didn't realize a simple date wheel change was possible, so I sent it back to the seller. What a f'n dumb f#&%*! move that was, right?

Gotta go with the Omega Seamaster 2531. Great right of the box. Just make sure the dial has a marker at the 3 o'clock,

Omega rubber straps are very costly, when compared to say the Breitlings which usually will run ya about $100 from the AD, or about $55 from eBay, which I was able to pick up, but then sold to Victoria. I was always and will be an Omega fan. Just recently branched out to other watches - Breitlings (got 3), a Tag and a Rollie. If you can decide, buy both - you know you will because that's what happens with our hobby Its very addicting. Good luck.

So, the But It Now Price is $179, but scroll down further and he writes "FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY $185.00." BTW - $179 is a good price. If you check out Ofrei, he sells the straps without the buckles for $170, then throw in the buckle and the cost goes up.

On Thursday, she confirmed that she did receive my watch and also told me that she was waiting to hear back from her supplier. She doesn't know if they have any of the black ones left, but belives they have the correct blues ones. I will send her an email on Monday (to give it some time for them to respond) to see if she had heard back from them.

I have 3 Omegas - SMP, GMT and QMatic - all 42mm in size. They all have a crystal size of 30.5mm and 2.0 in depth (one crystal has 2.5mm in depth).

Awesome pic. I guess I was worried about the color from viewing the watch in her pic, which isn;t the best. If she can source this one, then maybe Ill go with this one and just pic up the gen 2254 later on this year. Enjoy and wear the watch !

To be honest - can't remember. Looks like yours might have more of a dome effect than regular dome looking crystals. If you want, you can go to krysworks and order a brand new sapphire crystal, single sided, for about $70. Got one for my GMT and it looks great. If I can source the black one, probably will replace it with a new crystal.

I hate to ask, but is the color the same as the gen? Doesn't look like it? I see that the HE valve is correct, but I think the dial color is off a bit. I don't care about the hands, because I'll replace it with the gen. This is why I am pulling more for the black version.

Im thinking about doing the same. Gonna just hold out until I hear back from her. Shipped back the watch today and got delivered back to her today. I really really like this watch.
