  1. Yes I did but Gen not that I do not have at least 10 to15 that are stellar watches. From Squale , Borealis, Orient, Renato, Orbis Morgan, Vostak, Hamilton, Android, Seiko, Swiss Legend (ETA 2824 titanium one, not usual low end quartz not counting those............... :fool: ), Oh Deep Blue also there maybe more(would have to look :unknw: ) some of those brands (9) more than one. :bangin: :bangin: :bangin:

So I saw Docthor's new Seiko 300m and thought you need a really good one spent days looking over Sumo, Prospex, his and many others in their line along with other brands. (almost bought a Tuna!) I know most brands so it has been exhausting. First off they need to fit my 8.5 inch wrist most brands some even their bracelets to small , not spending big bucks to go crazy looking for links ! Did not want to go with another Submariner look alike and was tempted to wait for the BB blue gen but wanted something different. So I pulled the trigger on this>  http://www.fratellowatches.com/hands-on-with-the-maurice-lacroix-pontos-s-diver-pt6248/

IMG_5474_zps4e141bd4.jpg Brushed bracelet so I can keep looking good, 600 meters rated (yea like I am needing that) vintage look more along the old Omega dials than Rolex, different at least IMHO. Nice enough to wear under the cuff certainly not to big for me or most for that matter at 43 and I like SW200, have a few all performing great. It is on the way worst case send back for full refund cost of shipping back to Joma NYC right by me. No money laid out either PP bill me later 6 months no interest so no cost to try out.

  2. Guys let me try to give you the short version as it would take a novel. In order to prosecute need to file locally (one guy did got his stuff) so bulk suit did not work. No, no one was going to go there and threaten good way to get shot or sued. (for you non conus guys coming on someone’s property can get you shot here) In 99% of cases not enough in watches to make a trip to file worth it. (Yes did add up to 25k or there abouts, a lot of guys) One member did have 10k in goods but not conus so again not worth it. Some did get stuff back but in 90% of cases condition crap. Who knows if the feds will do anything he is a very small fish in their perspective.

  3. OK guys well the Seiko and TC were put under the lamp same time having been in darkness all day.  About five/six hours dead heat no noticeable difference as far as length of glow overall going to do that one tonight.

Test subjects: (well you know the TC but the Seiko you need to see right)

By the way if you can find that Seiko at a good price jump it, the Seiko Snow Monster (this is the baby white monster) are going for over 1000 so will drive these up.

    Look here:   http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=See-All-Categories&_nkw=seiko+snow+monster

  4. Okay, the watch came in today. It's a PAM 382 Bronzo. I opened her up and took the P.9000 bridge off. All the screws underneath needed to be tightened. They weren't so loose as to fall out, but all took at least a half turn. I do see a potential problem with the P.9000 bridge; the decorative screws are all glued in and have the potential of falling out. I placed a very small amount of glue on the opposite side of each screw to make sure they stay in place.

So far the watch is running well and keeping good time. Only time will tell!

    "P" thanks for sharing.
