fraggle this one not that big 42 x12 I was looking at some larger ones but preferred this as more comfortable on. Good deal also to had on this one but at 45x 13 would get heavy. No weight needed behind the punch here.......

What's that at the 6 on the insert three ,lint I hope. Also look at the back part of the same three.............. Ask for a close up of that on the insert.
