It's an IWC 3717 Pilot Chronograph with bracelet. I got mine from Rochest @ Watches International. Not sure the bracelet model is available but it's worth checking.

Go for the newer model 116613. I think you might be able to find those. Here's a pic of mine.

Got home from a long day to find rare beauty in my mailbox. A rare 42mm Panerai Radiomir 8 Days. My first Rad!! may have to get the 44mm now. I Had to sit down and play with it right away. I conditioned the straps and polished her up. -made my day Here are a few pics;
