  1. They could "disappear" into the rep fora. MD, I'll be watching for your sales threads. LOL
  2. Tudor Sub.
  3. I have read on other fora that there will be a new 1:1 Tudor Black Bay rep, and if successful possibly a Pelagos rep after that. There has also been a push lately for more vintage Rolex and Tudor reps. I am mostly interested in all the individual Tudor builds since there are no "Factory" builds. What a better venue to show off individual accomplishments.
  4. Stan, you know you have a great collection!
  5. Show off! I would love to have either...or both in my collection. Well done Sir.
  6. That is a very nice vintage! Very well done.
  7. I've looked, but I don't see an option to add a poll to this thread. You might be able to as the OP. Otherwise, we'd have to open a new thread.
  8. Aeromatic, have you thought about adding a poll so folks could vote yes or no for a separate Tudor section? It definitely has my yes vote. Just a thought.
  9. Great collection 153! A big crown is also on my wish list. Where did you find that lollipop? Cool vintage rarity.
  10. Thanks aero! I'm loving the blue insert. That's a great snowflake you have there. Its on my list of must haves.
  11. My Tudor Submariner just came in yesterday. Built by Daz, purchased from Stan. Picked up a Tudor bracelet while it was in transit. My newest joy.
  12. Its a solid piece, good weight. I think its 38mm, but it wears a little bigger with good wrist presence. I've only worn it a couple times since I bought it. Trying out the Pro Hunter look, but it just doesn't do it for me. I'm going more vintage with my collection; bought a 6263 from a TD (7750 version, still waiting for it to come in) and a Tudor Sub from another member.
  13. dial view.
  14. I tried to PM you, but received a warning that you could not receive messages. I have one that I bought about 4 months ago from another member. The PVD bracelet had a couple small nicks, so I contacted a TD and received a new one (actually 2 new ones. The first one they sent me was the old style, and I asked for the new style.)
  15. I have been reading some of your threads just this evening. Great information. Very interesting and informative for anyone interested in these vintage watches. I would love to be able to do something like that. Its the thousands of dollars part that is really holding me back . I just ordered one from Silix with A7750, black dial, white subs and red outer ring. I believe its 40mm, but not sure on size.
  16. I will definitely have to do some more research. Thanks!
  17. Glad I could be a help. Always good to share real reviews to help out fellow watch nuts.
  18. Beautiful! Thanks for the pic... This will help tide me over until mine comes in from Silix. Is yours the A7750 or the ST-19 version?
  19. I'm currently on my third watch case. I have a watch box I was given a couple years ago, but I prefer a travel case because it is easier to carry my collection, even around the house. First was this Tech Swiss that holds 16 watches. I like the individual compartments and they were large enough for my 187G. I had 2 problems with this case. First problem was my collection outgrew the space. Second, and more importantly, there is too much room between the watches and the top of the case. This allowed the watches to roll in their compartments when I picked up the case. I thought about adding some thick foam padding to the top to protect the watches better, but I bought a new case instead. Next I bought this Tech Swiss that holds 24 - 30 watches. No individual compartments, but it has elastic and a pocket in the lid that held my extra straps. This one held all my watches, but the cushions were too large in diameter for my watches on bracelets. I believe they are about 8" in diameter. The elastic straps in the lid really don't hold watches well. I think I have finally found the right case. I bought this Caddy Bay Collection case that holds 26 watches. The individual compartments are large enough to hold my 44mm PAM and IWC Diver, and the cushions are the perfect size for my watches on bracelets. The individual slots in the top are big enough to hold at least 44mm (I just checked it with my PAM). No pockets for my extra straps, but I have another strap case for those. Also, even though this one carries 26 watches, it is more compact than the other two I mentioned above. Just my 2 cents, I hope it helps. Good luck in your search for a watch case.
  20. Relaxing Sunday evening. SS bracelet from my rep DRSD going in for service. Fits well.
