  1. From TWB. I love it! Search for item 350012183973 on fleabay for the 26/26. He has every imaginable size for pams too.
  2. Boarding pass...it never even occured to me until then that Hublot is window in French. And of course, I had to test out the peekaboo HBB shot as well.
  3. HBB. I actually got a "That's a beautiful watch" from a random attractive female while dropping the Chopard I sold in the mail today.
  4. Well I think the logical conclusion is... UB7 = JCB
  5. I've never seen him with the Reverso. Then again, being on this side of the Atlantic, I've only seen him on his Perfection shows and the Christmas special...holy crap..the Christmas special...my jaw was on the floor and my head shaking side to side punctuated with hysterical laughter. He's a madman! Alright smart guy, what dohis lab and sous chef wear?
  6. Wore my HBB overnight while sleeping as the acid test...still comfortable on my wrist with UB7's fix!
  7. Yeah, I think TTK is right. The waves on the case are visible on the show.
  8. Hmmm...the plot thickens...I'll just have to get both. FGD, have you been to the Fat Duck?
  9. I'd settle for this one actually. Yum.
  10. Alright, I want a Cosi blue dial on rubber strap now. Thanks and good eye!
  11. Whoa...that's a nice watch! Never heard of it until now. Not sure that's Heston's watch however - doesn't look like the Weil comes with a blue dial, and Heston's definitely has a blue dial (pretty sure it's not the AR coating) Website also shows that all the chronographs have white subdials while Heston's is the same colour as the dial. Maybe an older model? The case does look spot on.
  12. Batali was definitely wearing a big pilot though. As far as chefs go, looks like Tyler Florence has also joined the big pilot ranks. Heston of course has to be different...in keeping with his dishes, his watch probably doesn't even display the time unless the air around it is chilled down to -29.538509C then treated with an atomizer spraying a fine rose-scented mist while in a vacuum.
  13. Finally! I'll have to pick up a silver dial one.
  14. LOL! No that's not me...but don't bother trying to google. I exhausted my search engine options before posting.
  15. I've been hooked on Heston Blumenthal's shows lately, and I've promised myself I would make the trip to the UK to eat at his restaurant sometime in '08. He wears a very prominent watch in all his shows but I have no idea what it is...any clues?
  16. Wow, oddly enough, reversing the strap DOES indeed work.
  17. This post violates the forum order of operations. 1. Take pics 2. Upload pics 3. Then post thread!!!!
  18. This pic was taken purely to taunt section8.
  19. Well the part that sparkles in white gold is rhodium isn't it? It should be possible to plate SS with rhodium...hmmm...

Poutine would warm you up better!
  21. The one of uncontaminated duration. I can't see myself ever parting with my 3717 so don't even think of hounding me like you did for the 177.
  22. Double AR'd 3717...now extra crispy with deployant. Edit: I just realized I appear to have the same grain as sharkskin.
