I think they have done the transition from 850 to 1900 a few years ago. So mostly GSM in the USA now are using the 1900 Mhz. It has longer range therefore it is the preferred frequency.
Anyhow, it works in Europe and most Asian countries too. Their band is 900/1800Mhz.
No, thats not true, the lower frequencies have a longer range, because the emitted waves are "bigger". Thats why 850Mhz is used mostly in rural areas and thats also the reason why Carriers who only use the high frequencies have to invest more money to cover the same area as others with lower frequencies.
The higher frequencies on the other hand provide higher data transmission.

i dont know if anyone has already mentioned it, but WHAT kind of wacko is McCain to chose a VP like that?! At his age, did he even THINK about it for ONE second, that the VP might be president if he dies (which isnt too unlikely).
This woman also wants creationism taught in school and other things I dont wanna get into. His VP choice makes him even more laughable than he already is.

What are you guys whining about? Buy it, or dont. If its overpriced, noone will buy it. Maybe there is someone with lots of money who wants to drop 5k on that watch? Cetainly not me, but who knows.
Btw. I saw a better looking rolex movement sell for about 1800$ last year at a live auction. That was THE Rolex movement as used in the 3646 and it was NOS (I mean really NOS!) I'm still [censored] that I lost the bid by 50$ (wasnt home at the time)

I'm trying to discern the qualities that actually defines the difference between Normal vs. Lite. Based on the list, the only thing I see that differs is the AR. But, maybe I'm missing something?
Maybe it includes a free "I AM RICH" app for the iPhone?
