I purchased the WatchAccuracy timegrapher app to regulate a movement. I recommend it! It uses the hands free microphone near the movement to hear the beat. You can manually configure the beat rate or leave it on auto. The reading fluctuates quite a bit initially, but averages out to being more stable the longer it's left. 3 weeks ago I received a new toy and wanted to give it a preemptive service. I wear my watches on my right hand so I tested it with 10 o'clock down at 45deg from flat. I've been wearing it daily for 3 weeks and it's just getting towards 55 seconds fast.
