  1. This is my case back, thought it looked pretty good. I don't know what the end links are. My pearl seems good, very well centered. I'm new at this and easy to please too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Same watch different day Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I asked quite a few questions of my dealer. I think there are a number of inaccuracies in the descriptions on line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Mine has the 7753. All my Subdials work. Running seconds at 9:00. The Subdial at 3 works just as it should as does the one at six. I used the chrono yesterday. It sure isn't orange! Take a look at the Omega website and compare. My date font is a little weak, but other than that pretty close. That was a QC pic. I took that one. Plus my Lume is really good. 6. That's too bad. I'm new to this, maybe I lucked out. I asked a lot of questions before I placed my order and everything went so smooth since. I adjusted the timing as I was loosing a few minutes a week. It's been almost a month since I opened it up. Now it's running nearly perfect. I'm still amazed by this thing! 7. Well it's been a whole week. I am amazed at how accurate this thing is. That's all it took. Quite pleased. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. So after 3 and a half days my watch is dead on balls accurate. In fact the department of weights and measures contacted me to set the atomic clock! I moved that regulator lever a tiny smidge, and checked against my iPhone it's been perfect. Glad I came here to learn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. My first rep, which I love after owning it 6 months now was loosing a few minutes a week. This became frustrating so I read on and accumulated some tools and ready myself for some surgery. I started by replacing a tiny battery in my daughters Swiss Army watch. My 56 year old eyes and big fingers found it quite challenging. It was successful! So next in line was my beloved Seamaster. That little regulator arm is very, very small. I hacked it, got in there and moved it the distance of a certain kind of hair...it's an industry term. We will see if I picked up a few minutes a week. I was quite proud of my accomplishment. I'll report back. I'll report my findings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Well I tried that, on its side crown pointing up. It stopped twice last night! I wore it pretty much all day, took it off at about 9:00 it quit at 1:30 or so. I didn't wind it but swirled it for a bit, re set it and set it down again crown skyward. It stopped just before 8:00 this morning. Over the past three months I've only ever laid it flat at night and it's never stopped. I did not wind it manually. So how bout that! I work today till 9:00 and you would think that would give enough of a wind, and I'll try it again tonight and see what happens. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. When it first started I posted this thread 3 times! From my iPhone. I could not delete the redundant posts. Was not my intention. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I'll do it! I'll do it! Started last night in fact. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. It doesn't last real long. I notice that it's quite bright when I come in from outside. Maybe 20 min there might be a little left. It is crisp and blue and green though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. That's what I read. Came up when I googled regulating watch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Mine has a pusher built in to the He escape valve. One push with a paper clip or similar will advance the date one day. Same as on the gen. Doesn't matter what time it is. Works great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I read somewhere about its resting position, but somehow thought it was suggested to lay it flat to gain a little. I'll try placing it on its side and see what happens. Thanks for the tips. I really don't want to open it and start shoving that lever! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Glad you worked it out! the other day it sounded like you were ready to damage something!
  22. Thanks ancient mariner. I turn it ahead on Sunday. I do really like it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
