Thanks. There's a tiny ding in the crown guard. Easy to replace, but you only see it in pictures. I really like the watch. Such a departure from my Seamaster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I felt the need to get a PAM. Did my research and ended up buying from a member from another forum. Got a noob v3 111. Spent some time with some cape cod and sourced a new strap. I really like it. So vastly different from my Omega SMP Chrono. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I bought one of these from a member on another forum. I'm not hugely familiar with it so I have a couple questions. Is the crown guard brushed or polished? It needs a new one. Can the buckle be removed from the strap? I want to get a different strap and as I don't have it yet, thought I would ask so I can order something in advance. Thanks! So in April of this year I got my first rep after a year or so of looking around the forum, an Omega SMP Chrono, which I really like. I've regulated it. A big event, for me. It runs nearly perfect. I've worn it everyday since I got it and thought at the time it would be the end all. Now I find myself poking around the forums and I'm jonesing for another watch! A PAM 111 this time, which from what I've learned seems to be a good choice. I'm intrigued by it. So it looks like the purchase process and torturous anticipation will commence again. I will look forward to seeing it. The picture you posted of the pearl, it looks like the bezel insert is poorly aligned with the bezel. It doesn't line up with the points of the scalloped edge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well I really like the watch. I'm still amazed by it. Since I regulated it, it's time keeping is awesome. My case back does have a "sandy" look to the wave. Damn end links. Happy with the pearl and happy with the rest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
