HR makes a nice watch, but the crystal and bezel are problematic. I had same issues that JoeyB describes above. Will not accept gen spec parts without modifications. Insert size was not even close. Plexi would need to be modded and glued on. A nice piece but somewhat stuck with their parts. I know some have pulled off some pretty nice budgets builds with these case sets, but my research really showed that to do a franken with gen parts, a high cost gen spec case set is needed.

I know, figured I would see a bunch today. Unfortunately, mine is still being built and taking much longer than expected. Case needed some work so still a few weeks out. It was suppose to be my super bowl SeaHawk watch....Been working on it since October...

Good discussion here. Blue's post and the post above sound familiar to what we discussed. Way beyond my skill set but will look into it. I know it would not work on my gen spec 6538 build as with that dial setup the feet would have not cleared the balance wheel and something else--i think....

I believe it depends on the movement and case set. I know my WS has done it on some, but we also evaluated some other builds and it was not possible. Beyond my knowledge base, but he could explain it.

Led Zeppelin's "Achilles Last Stand" is by far the most underrated Zep song and probably one of the best rock and roll songs ever produced. All four members at their very best. 10 minutes of pure listening pleasure. And against popular believe, the song is not about Greek mythology, drugs or the Vietnam war, it is about a vacation Plant and his wife took to Morocco. Actually most Zep songs are about their own life experiences...Does not matter how much I age I will always love listening to LZ.
