Yes , IMO the new rep should have new case , engraved rehaut, green gmt hand and gmt marking on dial , black date font and engraved (not printed as now is) ceramic (or simulated e.g plastic) bezel insert.

I was indeed refering to an improved new rep with ceramic bezel not the presently available with printed bezel and wrong color date and/or GMT hand.

Still waiting for the GMT IIc rep coming out. Anyone knows more about this?

@lumpy You are describing the previous gen daydate , the rep here is of the new daydate version and as close to the gen as can be (IMO). See the omegawatches website for pics of the gen.

Same as Navitimer , pull out the opposite end first : see pic.

@Stephane, Congratulations excellent watch/strap combination. Am considering buying same strap , question however : 3717 lugwidth is 21mm and your strap comes in either 20 or 22mm. Which width did you chose ? And if yours is 22mm did you had problems fitting (compressing?) it into 21mm lugs? Of course a 20mm strap will give no installing problem but play (gap) of 1mm. Genuine has overlapping subdial bezels. Rep subdial bezels seem to be onepiece.

River says in his description that it has the new Asian 7750(28800bph) movement but his pictures show an old 21600bph movement. New=no fine regulator Old=with fineregulator (inoperative) Am I right????????

Would estimate it can take easily 2 weeks waiting depending where you live and how reliable your local EMS is. In my country EMS is taken care of by the national post and is not good at all. The EMS tracking system here mostly starts to show somethig when the watch is alredy on your wrist . For last shipment I received from Silix I waited 3 weeks and had to pay 24EUR to the delivery man for what they descibed as "Customs submission cost". I paid but never had that with other forwarders before. Next time I will explicitely ask dealers not to use EMS any more for my orders.
