Ordered a watch a couple of weeks back, and have been through 3 rounds of QC. First they sourced the wrong watch or sent me QC pics from someone else's order. Next, they sent me QC pics of the correct watch, with a glaring issue pointed out. Now a few days later, they send me pictures of what appears to be the exact same watch with the same issue. Is this typical for most TDs? I've only placed a handful of orders over the years, and when I point out issues, they fix/find a watch without those issues, and then it's good to go. I realize I'm a noob to this forum, but not the rep world... Maybe I've been lucky and never had any real issues before, but is this the norm? Am I being too demanding or are my expectations too high? I guess this is what happens when you don't use your normal dealer you've built some rapport with. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk

Can anyone help me find the appropriate tool kit for my use? I've read many threads where people say "You get what you pay for" and then someone else says "This $20 Kit has everything you need"... My use, would be to predominately remove or add links to bracelets as needed. Replace or swap bracelets/straps, and if necessary, remove the backing and tear down a watch if it stops working. I have 3 Breitlings, 2 Omega's, a Tag, and an Invicta. My understanding is that some tools kit's don't or cannot remove the case backs on Breitling watches, is that correct? Can someone help me choose, or point me to a kit that would work for my needs? I'd prefer to order via Amazon if possible, but open to other venues if it meets the need. Thanks!

Beat error is a bit high, imo, but acceptable. If your happy with the looks (I'm not very familiar with Cartier, so I have no opinion here) I'd accept it.

Yeah, it's also not vertical as it should be. I rejected it based on that...

Am I being too anal? I feel like maybe it could be the angle of the pic, but is the datewheel off-center? Should I reject due to that? Also, the date wheel is facing the wrong direction... The numbers should read vertical, not horizontal. Thoughts? Thanks!

That's interesting. I was under the impression the factories had stock of watches, and would fit movements etc... as ordered. Regardless, it's not even a correct Planet Ocean. It's got the Ploprof Bezel on it (horrible pearl which I didn't mention). Whatever factory put this together, failed miserably.
