this is a common misconception. the gen bracelets actually taper from 24mm to 20mm. all the best.

actually, the deployment isn't genuine. not many people are aware that this correct 5004 deployment is available. i got mine seperatley from peter @ watchstation.

hey tom, thanks for the compliments! this strap is a genuine iwc big pilot strap. they usually sell for around $400, but i was able to find one for less than half of that. it really adds to the overall look of the watch. all the best.

there's nothing wrong with what you are doing. maybe you could even work with lani on the rwg calendar? you seem keen ... and two heads are always better than one. to be completely honest, i think a less formal contest or a simple picture request would peak more interest. good luck and keep us posted with any progress!

first off, welcome to rwg. what you have there is a very cheap copy of the panerai 104 i guess. these can be found for around $30 to $40. see below a picture of the genuine. i suggest doing a little research and upgrading your watch. you'll be very suprised with the quality. all the best. p.s. i started out with the same quality panerai before i found rwg. since then, i've owned many quality reps and genuines.
